Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Espanola

Didn't get what was ordered... No pickles at all, reg onions and sauce on burger not extra. Sandwich swimming in grease, to the point of soaking through the box and bag. Sandwich was upside down in box and barely warm. Pretzel was shriveled and extremely greasy. No dipping sauces for Pretzel, eventhough requested. No napkins. Employee who brought food was definitely not wanting to be here. Didn't even greet just shoved the food at me. Many of the drive up kiosks were not working and weren't marked "out of order" had to move 3 times before I found 1 working.

The other sonic in Espanola is worse so obviously with the bad service and poor quality at both I'm assuming they're the same owners.

Also don't bother ordering online. It's faster to just pull up. Waited 20min after check in when the order said it would be ready at approximately 2:58pm.

Guess I'll drive to Santa Fe instead of my neighborhood to get decent service and good food.

During my order I had to repeat myself multiple times, so I asked if someone could come outside to take my order and no one ever came. The girl put another person on and I asked if someone could come out again because he couldn't hear me either...the second guy passed it on to a different female and I asked if someone could come out to take my order and she kept ignoring and never took my order. Worst Sonic ever! What a waste of time. If it's too busy and there is a lot of background noise to the point that you can't take an order properly and think it's okay to have someone tell you their order and repeat it 20 million times, then you need to come outside and take the order...not ignore me and not take my order. Three different people couldn't hear me properly and did nothing to fix it. ZERO STARS...

Absolutely rude woman at the drive-through. Didn’t get what I ordered. Just asked for her to fix the order nicely and she slammed the drive-through window on me! Horrible customer service! I asked for shredded cheese, which is a dollar and got American cheese! Yes, it’s only $.20… I ordered a large diet cherry limeade with extra lime wedges on the side. Extra lime wedges are $.60. Just got lime wedges on the side, not extra. The original problem was that I ordered a diet cherry limeade, and I was only given a diet limeade no cherry added. I asked her to please give me a diet cherry and She slammed the drive-through window on me!

I would’ve ignored the whole thing, and for gone the whole $.80 that I was charged for no reason, had the customer service...
