Subway — Restaurant in Estrella

Don’t mind waiting maybe someone called in I understand. I waited about 15 min only two girls working. But the girl that was helping me Madi I think she was the supervisor she kept being so sarcastic when you ordered she clinch her teeth and say how can I help you as she faked smiled. The customer in front of me ordered like 5 sandwiches and she asked the girl if they had a certain bread and the employee girl said no no one pulled it from the freezer sorry we don’t have it. The customer then asked for a sauce and the employee girl said we don’t have that. So the customer made a comment to the girl and said keep smiling and the employee fake smiles as she talked and said I m trying. Finally my turn I ordered two meetball sandwich and kids mini as I was ordering with her she kept looking at the door as more customers were coming in and she be making weird gestures like she was so unhappy about it. I ordered meals and asked where is the chips the same girl looks at me and states with her fake smile and clinched teeth and Davids she didn’t get them ok there in the back what kind would you like as she looked so stressed. I got my food and meat balls and sauce cold. I go up to her and state doesn’t meatball and sauce suppose to be hot she said yes I said it’s not can you please put it in the toaster and she gasped and faked smiled gets a tray and says put it in here and I will be right with you and walks away as she states I am going to cry. I go sit down wait for another 5 min my mom states hers is still cold on the bottom. My daughter opens up her sandwich and starts crying because she did not like her hard falling apart bread like it seemed like it was setting out for days. So she didn’t eat at all but drank her chocolate milk as we are eating we hear the girl tell another customer they are out of tuna also. So we get home and my mom states she doesn’t feel good then runs outside and starts throwing up. I don’t if they are clean or safe what caused my mom to throw up? I will never go there again I live around the corner but will drive to a difficult one. They for sure are not running this subway professionally scary. I recommend drive to a different one be safe it’s...

I would give this store a zero if were an option. I’m don’t think it’s that difficult to make a basic sandwich. When the emoloyee messed up the order they told us whatever, accidents happen and didn’t correct it. The employee told us she was the supervisor when we requested to speak or have the name of supervisor. Later found out she wasn’t. They ran out of mayo and she said she couldn’t go to the back to get more. On a second visit after speaking to the manager, who offered two free sandwiches to compensate, this same lovely employee argued with us that we could not get a free meal. To say service was bad and employee was rude is a complete understatement! She need to be fired!!!

I went to this subway (Safeway shopping center) on 5-3-23 at 1:35pm. A female employee began to prepare my sandwich. As she did, she reached over the bread to grab spinach, and her shirt touched the sandwich. I told her this, and she got defensive and stated her shirt did not touch the sandwich. I told her I saw her shirt touch the sandwich and she continued to deny such. I told her I would not be buying the sandwich and to forget it. I recommend the owner of this store watch the video footage of this incident, and train his/her employees to be careful not to cross contaminate the food with...
