Taco Bell — Restaurant in Estrella

I wish I had taken the time to snap a few photos of the crispy tacos I ordered. They were amazingly well made. My usual Taco Bell experience for the last 20-30 years is that no matter what you order, no matter where you order through out the United States you get something that is shamefully put together. I think some corporate bean counter has threatened Taco Bell taco makers that if they load a taco shell with more than a few shavings of cheese or lettuce, the taco will be sent to Siberia with no warm jacket. It really is shameful what 99.999% of the Taco Bells give you for your money.

However, not tonight and not this Taco Bell. Who ever made my 3 tacos must have escaped from the Taco Bell mind control death beam and fully rebelled by stuffing, I mean really stuffing three tacos with as much ingredients, and especially cheese you could possibly stuff in a taco shell. Literally, for once in a 20-30 year time period a Taco Bell employee gave you what they or anyone could be proud of.

Quality, faithful ethical character, and pride in one's creation collided with my 3 taco order at this Taco Bell. To you unnamed and unknown Taco Bell food constructor in Estrella Arizona your masterpiece was duly noted and appreciated. Hopefully you are our next generation of go for broke taco makers. Never step into the Taco Bell "put-as-little ingredients -as-humanly-possible" in to the food your customers buy mindset. Revolt and take your Taco Bell comrades with you. Start your own revolution! If I could give 0 stars I would. We come here every other week and never had any issues for over a year now. We recently went through the drive thru to order. We ordered 2 of the same meals one drink being sprite the other meal having Pepsi. The total sounded like 18.36 around the usual price, so we pulled up to the window. We pulled up and a lady answered and sounded once again like she said 18.36. We paid she hands us a box and shuts the door before we could even speak. We wait a minute for her to come back and tell her the issue. She gives us attitude and tells us to go back around to reorder...and called over what im assuming was team manager at the time. She then tells us its our fault for not paying attention or catching the mistake. She tells us to go back around and wait behind the rest of the cars. We just asked to pay at the window and order the same thing....we come here all the time and we left with nothing but smart talk and attitude from the employees,who giggled and said "have a nice night", after we said we would not be going back in the drive through for a mistake they made. Definitely not coming back to this location that was such a go to place for us. Truly disappointed and upset with this...

My wife and I went to the Taco Bell located in the Plaza near Estrella Parkway and Elliott in Goodyear. We frequent this establishment often. When we entered to order, a self priclaimed Manager asked if we were resdy to order. When we said yes, the proclaimed Manger directed us to their kioscos and told us that we had to order from that. My wife asked if we could just order from the counter to which she said, no. Her tone was totally unprofessional and dismissive. We walked over, looked at it and decided to go somewhere else. The proclaimed manager's attitude and the fact forcing us to use a system that we never had to before was the deciding factor to leave. Before walking out my wife asked when the kioscos process began The proclaimed manager repied that it's always been that way, which is an outright lie!!! We were there recently and order at the counter as usual. She just repied ok, have a good evening and walked away. We told that her Manger would be called and she replied, you do that. The whole encounter was totally unacceptable. We will not be dining there again anytime soon.
