Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Etna

The service here is completely awful. I just moved to this area from Hampton, so never went to this one until recently. Everyone at the Hampton store is awesome. I ordered delivery from here, and it honestly took 2 hours and 15 minutes for me to get my order. By the time I got my food, it was ice cold, and when the driver brought my food, he actually said something derogatory to me because I didn't give him a tip. That is beyond unprofessional. All I got was the dinner box, so it's not like it was an astronomically large order. At least my two liter was cold, even though it bad dirt all over it because it must of been rolling around on the floor of his car. I took all of my food back down to the store, untouched and spoke to the manager, who said that I couldnt have my money back. Additionally when I was there, I saw two people making pizza, prepping food, and saw a guy reach into a bag of chicken wings and grabbed two hand fills of wings to cook, with his bare hands, and went back to putting toppings on a pizza, with his bare hands, and then wiped his hands off on a very dirty apron, wiped the sweat off his forehead, and went back to making another pizza. I wanted to barf, thinking that's how my food was made, because there's definitely no chance of cross contamination there. I actually took pictures of him doing it, and got yelled for it. I promised to delete them after I sent them to the Allegheny County Health Department. (Who I did call, and email the pictures to) I then had to call corporate, and they transferred me to the store, and I was just hung up on. I then had to call the Hampton store, I spoke to the general manager there. She was very polite and took care of the issue. They replaced my food because of what happened there. We ordered a large pizza with double the amount of both regular and crispy cup pepperoni, a large super supreme with comments to have as little to no crust as possible and as must toppings to the edge as they could, and a medium buffalo chicken pizza with extra grilled chicken. The double pepperoni pizza only had a regular amount of pepperoni. The super supreme pizza looked like it actually had more crust than usual instead of more toppings to the edge. The amount of crust was ridiculous. The buffalo chicken pizza did not have any visible buffalo sauce, and I did not taste any buffalo sauce. There were only a few small pieces of chicken on each piece. I won't be ordering from this Pizza Hut location again.

UPDATE - I was contacted by a Pizza Hut rep regarding my review. Please see the pictures of email exchanges. I was given an apology and offered either a refund or store credit, and I was told to reply with my choice. I replied and chose a refund. I waited a week and did not hear back from him and did not see a refund hit my bank account or receive one in the mail. I emailed him asking for a status update, and again, nothing. I guess this is what Pizza Hut does. They provide crappy food and then offer an empty apology and false promise...

I was given the wrong order. I didn’t discover it was wrong until 20 minutes after picking it up and sitting down to eat with my family. I called the store number and the young man who picked up stated that he wasn’t at the location, he was at some sort of order intake center. He offered to transfer me to the store phone and put me on hold. A few minutes later the call was picked up and immediately disconnected. It seemed to me I had been hung up on. I attempted to call the number again and it rang continuously and retried calling 4 or 5 times before a robo-voice simply said the call couldn’t be answered and it hung up. So it seems to me the store ducked was ducking my calls. I’m not going to bother trying again.

If ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage and another thin crust with chicken and bacon. We were given a pizza with olives (I can’t stand them) and another with sausage and onions. When I picked up the order these were the only two pizzas in the holding cabinet so I suspect they had already given my order to the person these belonged to before I arrived.

We’ll be ordering from somewhere else unless this can be resolved somehow, which is a shame because we’ve been ordering from this location for the...
