Subway — Restaurant in Etna

My brother and I stopped in to use the restroom, pass the time and perhaps grab a drink or sub to go. However, the owner or manager gave us the stink eye from the moment we walked in, even to the point of staring us down as we passed him. We sat down and started to discuss our plans when he asked in a condescending tone whether we were going to eat or not. I was ready to explode with anger, but my brother stopped me and handled the situation more delicately, letting him know we were simply getting directions. He continued to eye us and by that time we no longer felt welcome, so we left. The behavior displayed by the owner/manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I went Friday night around 8:30pm. The lady said they were out of meatballs for a meatball hoagie. So I got the cheese steak on Italian toasted. She didn't ask what kind of cheese I wanted, she put a creamy cheese on it. I didn't realize it until I started to eat it. But the meat was cold! She shorted me on my banana peppers, spinach. There was hardly anything on it. I had way more bread than bun. It was physically light for being a footling. She was in a hurry to close by 9pm I won't be back. The friendliest Subway you'll ever go into. And they take pride in going the extra mile making your sub. They even call their regulars by name. It's like the CHEERS... Where everyone knows your name.
