Prior two visits to McDonald's after the remodel included over 30 minute wait, incorrect order, clueless teenager, and cold food.
But this last visit was the worse for breakfast. Drive thru is single line so I am unsure how this was messed up. Correct order with total of $10 on screen. Pull up to cashier and hand my card over to be told $3 total. Tell the cashier and extra employee standing there that is incorrect. I am looked at like I am an idiot. Repeat order and cashier swipes my card before confirming order. I'm handed my receipt and realize my order is completely wrong and total is now $13. Explain situation to older woman and manager at the food window because I already pulled up. They clearly didnt understand so I go inside to be polite to people behind me. They treat my reorder of my frappe like it is gold and speak to me like I am a moron who ordered the wrong things and blamed them and wanted to argue over a few dollars. When all I wanted was a correct order for the correct price. I asked employee to not speak to me like I'm a moron. Manager seem to pace around like he was busy so he wouldnt be available to speak to me, maybe? I really didnt want a big fuss. Just my order correct. Inside was basically empty.
And my card still hasnt been refunded the $13 from the incorrect order. And the final total was $12. So it still wasnt correct but I was done trying. Food was hot and cooked right. Inside was nice. But.... Service is so appalling that it is almost humorous except for the fact I spent 25$ on 2 chicken biscuit meals and a small frappe from McDonalds. I would think the employees want to keep 1 of the 2 fast foods left open to have employment locally. On Wed the 27th of November, after having to shop for Thanksgiving dinner , I pulled up to the drive in at 10 minutes till closing, just on time we thought thankfully, with my friend who needed to get everyone at home something to eat after daring all the stores and just being able to get the food for the next day, and the girl came on the overcome and asked what our order would be. I proceeded to tell her and when I was done, there never was a reply back. I waited, said hello, and then they turned the order menu of while we were sitting there, with a car behind us, too. When I finally understood what they had done and pulled around to leave, there was no one in the window and when we drive past the second window we could see them in there, but no one would look our way. They are by far the worst staff at a fast food service I have ever encountered. We would have understood if they had replied back that it was too close to closing, or any response. Read moreUpdate: After being closed for repairs for quite some time, thought I'd give the new McDonald's a chance at redemption. Big mistake! What a disappointment. The service is worse now than before. Spent 35 minutes waiting on my order, which was again wrong. Watched several customers walk out because they were spending too much time waiting on their orders. One woman waited 25 minutes for a small frappe. Several people on break from their jobs hoping to grab a quick bite were upset because their orders took too long and didn't have time to wait for them or weren't going to have time to eat. This is ridiculous! A monumental waste of time and money. Not to mention that the employees didn't seem to care that their customers were upset. Could have went to a sit down restaurant and gotten faster service and treated much better. No such thing as fast food here.
Absolutely worst service ever! Took over 15 minutes just to get a burger and they weren't even busy. On top of that they made my burger wrong. Staff was unfriendly. Will NEVER...
