Guys Pizza — Restaurant in Euclid

I tried this place twice. First time wasn't bad food was okay nothing special. The second was well just read. I order there a second time because they had a great deal 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and maybe a 2 liter for a solid price. It was a little bit ago so I forget exactly. The deal was online but the site was having issues so I called in asked if we could still get the deal. I was told yes. I ordered 2 pizza's, Parmesan bread sticks, and a 2 liter.

I was told it would be a 45 minute wait, and it ended up being almost 2 hours. If that wait is going to be that long, then say so. We called a few times and were told it was done it would just a few more minutes they are waiting for the driver to come back FOR AN HOUR. So our food was sitting there already cooked for an hour or more waiting on a driver.

Now this is ridiculous, but they managed to screw up our order on top of this. I always check my order before letting the driver go and asked him about a missing item, Parmesan bread sticks. He said he had Parmesan for us, but just like a packet not the bread sticks. So I have him wait a second and call the store.

The manager was rude, told us it was our fault. He admitted his guy made a mistake putting in the order, but it was still our fault. The deal was online only, but we were told they could put it in. He just kept saying "We can't put it in." and "What do you want me to do?" We couldn't get the deal and he insisted we pay full price for everything. What you could have done was offer a discount or put in the coupon. I asked for a discount, but nope full price. Oh and we would have to wait over an hour if we wanted the bread sticks. So I canceled the order and sent the driver back...

The door was locked, we had to wait outside in the drizzle for our order. Once we got out and left , Dakota(manager) called my grandson back to verbally confront him about leaving trash on their bench. Once my grandson son identified that he was not one of the two guys on the bench, she proceeded to tell him to tell them not to leave trash on their premises. Baffled, my grandson did not understand the WHY, he was informed to deliver a message once he said he was not sitting on the bench but in a vehicle! The conversation should have ended. Once I identified that it was five males , three with dreads, one with long hair and the other with a fade and only two was sitting on the bench and all the orders were called in, she never corrected herself nor could she explain how she deduced that my grandson was not in a car as he stated and when I advise her to pull her camera footage she put the plain her staff!!!!!

This was very unprofessional and along with a lot more, but no my grandson may know what you were doing besides "Bullying "him. It's very obvious for a more seasoned person and not a minor who looks for the good in everything to identify what was happening. As I stated doing our conversation as a manager, you should have never called his phone back, to correct him without having facts or pulling footage from the camera, especially if you were going to be rude, dismissive and unprofessional demanding and he tell another patron of yours of what not to do and you didn't call anyone else!!! Once he told you it wasn't him on the bench he was in a car, at that point you were to end the conversation or ask...

Mannnn im a New Yorker who loves pizza and I have taking a liking too guys. But I called and ordered a pizza today and some guy mark answered horrible costumer services tone sooo dry and he doesn’t know your menu I should never have too listen too somebody saying uhh ughh every question. Just unacceptable but I’m still rating y’all a five cause every other experience has been great. And I love ur delivery driver

Soooo update I called the restaurant that same day and they give me a credit I ordered a burger and wings I wish I could post a picture. They tell me that there is an issue with the deliver driver so I would have too wait till for mind u it was too soo I place my order. When I get my good at 4:45 I didint think by me making my order then you guys would cook it and let its sit my food is horrible soggy wet and fries are cold

Wings are dry yet soggy my experience with this place had gone completly down hill I work with my family’s restaurants soo i try not too complain if it’s avoidable but this right here is just gross no care what so ever about the costumer in this order or my last I guess the figure because it’s a credit don’t make her food fresh whatever...
