If I could give a negative star, I would. The cabinet quality was subpar, peeling began before the installation was complete. I could have gotten better quality at IKEA. We suspect this is because the countertops Bear had made as part of the job were incorrectly cut and installed without proper shims...too late now :( One upper cabinet is so warped we were shocked! But the worst of it is the peeling, which started within weeks of installation. Problematic too is that the cabinet company they used, Forevermark, the warranty is to the installer only, so we have no recourse, except to sue, which I am. Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. You will pay your good money for shoddy workmanship. They are quick to take your money but slow (if ever) to answer the phone to address their mistakes. They do not stand by their work, and then you'll pay out more for attorney's fees. Everything was done poorly, from the drywall to the electrical work, I have never been victimized like this for such a large amount of money in my life. The helpers are careless when working in your home and damage things. You won't get the owner to come out to see damages made by his people. Good luck trying to get them to fix it This company has the worst workmanship that I have ever seen. The salesperson came out measure but when the cabinets arrived it was all wrong. The guy never ordered my cabinet with pullout garbage can, workers scratched doors the countertops were made totally wrong. The owner tried saying that what I ordered when I didn't. Read moreI gave them my money on April 28th, today is June 30th, I still do not have all of my cabinets . I was told because they didn’t have enough customers there was a delay in my order ??? Also, I tried numerous of times to get in contact with them and each time I was told that the person I needed to contact wasn’t there and if they were there they can’t help due to being in the back of the warehouse or they’ll contact me later about the problem (never contacts me again unless I initiate the contact) .
