Straight retards, I'm standing n line. Customer in front of me has a good card, machine go down. Cashier calls manager. But before she does she keeps playing with this register for about no lie, 8 mins. Then she call manager, I think her and the customer was being funny cause they saw I was in a rush. But besides that, she could of put her order on hold in register and continued her line until manager came. I ask her is the credit card machine down? Cashier tell me yeah it's the whole system. Manager come up to register, I ask her same question is the credit card machine working? Manager tell me yeah..the entire system is down. They haven't even tried the damn credit card machine. Manager after another 10mins finally decided to say oh, Imma void it and you ring her and see if he's card goes thru. My card goes thru. Why the hell did I just wait in this line for 20mins or so for 1 item for the MANAGER to finally figure it out to void transaction and swipe my card, and why the hell did they both lie about the...

After work I stopped into a grocery store off the highway, Save a lot on east 185th st. It was easy getting dinner items because there wasn't much traffic. I quickly grabbed my items and went to the register. Where I walked into an empty line with no customers and a waiting associate. The associate didn't greet me nor dud they ask "was this everything for me, like they do at Daves! The issue didn't come until I requested to have my 2 items bagged. The associate who had to be no more than 19-20 yrs old, was too excited to hand"me the bag" to bag it myself. I asked you can't bag these 2 items. He simply stated , We don't do that"! I was immediately upset because it was his indignant attitude towards the request that possed me off. Customer service is extremely important and this particular person definitely was not there to assist or service customer in a manner to make us feel good about shopping at Save a lot, which I neeevvvveeerrrr do!
