We've been going here off an on since they opened and every experience has been pleasurable. The staff are always fantastic! We come here once or twice a month, and they remember us each time and are so welcoming! It's fantastic! It's like a small town, mom and pop place.
Which makes since because Don the owner and his daughter Debbie are so friendly and make a point to talk to us each time. I simply can't recommend this place enough, the fact that they take the time to talk with customers, find out what they like and need is great!
They even increased their hours to open up early for the Amazon workers next door which I think is pretty cool. While many places are limiting hours, they have expanded to meet customer needs and wants. How cool is that.
I've mentioned Don the owner,, his daughter Debbie, Judy our normal favorite wait staff and our new favorite bartender Alana (sorry if I spelled that wrong, but we appreciate you) each one feels like family.
I don't know what else I can say, the place is great and I'm so glad I found them. I wish them all the best and hope I'll continue to be a part of their success!
Thanks for all your do! We appreciate it and will continue to tell everyone we encounter about how...
Read moreWent a little early for dinner. I had a burger with blue cheese on it, Blue Caboose. It was immense. I also got a half order of onion rings that was bigger than some places whole order of rings. Partner got a Lincoln burger, it was huge and they didn't skimp on the fries. Food was amazing and cheaper than fast food. ( Someone recommended the Train Wreck but I don't think I could eat all of that.) Yeah, most of the food has train names. Alas they didn't have fried green tomatoes. But the burgers alone are worth a visit.
I knew it was a bar but it is very much a bar. Most of the seating is barstool and high tables. Has a nice vibe too. And, the place is tucked behind some old industrial buildings and if you don't know it's there you're not going to find it. It's kinda neat actually. I'm kinda curious if it dates back to the railroad era, before the...
Read moreI’ve been a somewhat regular carry-out customer here for a while. On good days, they are outstanding. But on my most recent visit, the onion rings and potato skins were both clearly overcooked. The garden salad had way too much yellow and browning iceberg lettuce, and too little fresh green leaf lettuce. The customer-facing staff here is wonderful (Shout out to Holly; she is friendly and diligent about getting everything right). But management needs to have tighter control over the kitchen and their suppliers to ensure consistent high quality, which I know is achievable because I...
