I bought a couch from this location. They sold me a warranty for 5 years. I have had my couch since 2023 and I started to notice some noises that were coming from the couch when using the electrical mechanism to lift the couch leg. I put in a claim with Guardsman and they sent out a contractor. The contractor heard the noises and could not figure out what it was. He said he would let Guardsman know he could not fix it. The warranty company said they would get back to me in 30-45 days. I heard back in about a week. They declined my claim and said they would not do anything about it. Which makes no sense because one of the options that is covered on the website is the electrical mechanism. I called Northeast factory to speak with an associate and they said they could not do anything about it but to speak with the manager Rick. The associate said to leave a voicemail and he would get back to me that day. It has been 2 days and no call back. Just a heads up if you are considering getting a warranty through Northeast Factory. The no call back just shows they don't really care once you buy something from them. I am actually looking for some new furniture and I am taking my business elsewhere.
Update-I called Northeast factory again after they replied back to my message and the guy said he would give my information to the manager but I still never got a call back.

Read moreUpdate: just wanted to update my review, Northeast factory reached out to me about my couch cushions and I got brand new cushions and cushion covers sent out to me for free which is awesome, only bad thing is I can't get the covers over the couch cushions cuz I've had two strokes and I'm not strong enough to do it, But anyways, great company, they made it right and I'm keeping the old cushions just for normal everyday sitting on and when I have company I'll put the new ones on but only when I have company once I can figure out how to get the covers over the cushions lol..... Here is my updated review, I am extremely and I mean extremely happy with my furniture purchase and I'm so glad I didn't listen to the salesman who tried to talk me out of purchasing it. I am absolutely in love with my new sofa and chair and everyone else is absolutely in love with it as well, if I could give more than five stars I would! And the pictures do not do this couch and chair justice, it is absolutely gorgeous in person! Read moreWent in on Tuesday, picked out a bedroom set, mattress, and recliner couch. Paid in full and was told my order would be delivered in a week. Set up a delivery time for 6pm Saturday and received two emails with 2 totally different delivery times. Made arrangements for someone to be there since I had to work. Was supposed to receive a 30 minute notice before delivery and I received a call saying they were 6 minutes away. Delivered a mattress and the couch without the power cord that was supposed to come with it. Whole bedroom set missing. Called store and was told that someone would call me back because they were dealing with people in the store. Finally received a call saying that my bedroom set was not put it in the delivery even though it was paid for before I left the store. Was told they would contact the delivery company to get it to me asap. Received an email for a delivery on September 7th that I won't be able to make because of work. Asked for a refund and was told I'd be charged a 30% restocking fee for a bedroom set that's still in the warehouse. Basically, they got their money and now it's my problem. And I had to go back to the store to pick up my cord for the couch. If I knew I had to wait 2 weeks for my furniture, I would have went somewhere else!
