CLE3 Amazon Fulfillment Center — Local services in Euclid

I work at an apartment complex in the city of euclid. The Amazon and FedEx and third-party delivery services, and they are the worst! They are abandoning packages in the lobby's of the buildings. Even when asked by employees to take the packages to the units. I wish I can get a contact number for each of these services we would definitely file a complaint on behalf of the residents. And not only that, most of the packages are stolen. Maturity of the delivery people are disrespectful even when we asked that they take the packages to the door. How Are you delivering 10 large boxes and you don't have a dolly or any kind of equipment in which to transport them on? If in give this 0 stars I would I order something and never Received. The Amazon worker said that it was delivered to the people but it was not. It was marked as delivered. They supposed to show proof that they delivered the package and it was not no proof that it was delivered but Amazon still refused to give me my money back I am out of a $118 because of this matter Amazon do not care about their customers they put their workers over their customers as if they was right. The Bermuda triangle of Amazon deliveries, if you have a package that's supposed to ship through Amazon themselves and live in the greater Cleveland area this seems to be the end of the line. Amazon customer service can't seem to explain what's happening so I figure I'll give it a try, I'm figuring that there is some sort of quantum tunnel or wormhole in this facility. The trick here is to just keep ordering and ordering, someone in the multiverse is getting a lot of random stuff, and hoping blindly and talking to Amazon...
