The OUTLET CENTER at Northeast Factory Direct — Local services in Euclid

My husband suggested that we we try this store,I was so excited to get some new furniture so we decided to go to North East factory warehouse on Euclid, The Sales person very attentive and so we decided to purchase a bedroom set and mattress” I not present at the time of the delivery my husband was I had to work. The following weekend I decided to stay the night and try out the new mattress that we just purchased I proceeded to put the skirt on the bed and as I lifted the mattress I noticed a huge whole in the Mattress. And that’s when the nightmare began! I called as soon as I notice the huge whole Underneath the mattress! and I spoke with a lady by the name of “Ronda, she seems to be very concerned about the situation and asked me if” I could take down “her information to send a picture through an email which I did so, but it wasn’t that good of a picture so I got off from work and I went back to “ Northeast warehouse factory I went right to the front desk and ask to speak to the Manager “Rick. People kept coming up and asking if they could help when I clearly said I would like to speak to the “manager. Finally “Rick the manager came up to the counter and I began to explain to him about how my Mattress that was delivered with a huge whole in it,”he seemed to be concerned and attentive “I thought to myself, until he asked me to put The mattress in this huge bag “as if I worked for him! I thought about it and I called Ronda and I said to her” tell Rick that I will put the mattress in the bag and come get your mattress and give me back my 2,990! Ronda tells me, no no Eleanor we want to make this right!! as if Were on a first name basis.. Numerous calls with Ronda and Rick I collected myself and still try to work with them while I’m at work.. The company’s warehouse had already schedule an appointment for 2 pm the next Day!! I called “Ronda to tell her what warehouse did yes she proceeded to tell me they can’t do that!! But they Did!! At this Point I’m just over it.. I told Ronda for I want a full refund and she said “Well I’m going to have to take 30%.. and said “Wow And I will sue you!! I will “Never Do business with this company.. I got back my money, but Look at what I had to...

If I could leave fewer stars, I would. We placed an order in early May for a desk to support work from home. We understood it could be delayed- they said up to 6 weeks. At 6 weeks we had heard nothing and called to follow up. After endless calls and unanswered messages we heard back it was delayed another 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we were notified it was ready to be picked up via email. We went 1 day later to get the desk and after waiting more than 30 minutes, we were told they had accidentally given our desk to someone else. The order was re-placed by the store and we were told it would be 2 more weeks. 2 weeks later we called back, having heard nothing, and found out it was ready for pickup. We went to pick it up again and after more than an hour we were told that the wrong desk had been sent and they would re-order it one more time. It would be 2 more weeks. That was 2.5 weeks ago, so I followed up again. Now I've been told the desk was discontinued. No one EVER reached out to us; I had to initiate every interaction. 3.5 months of frustration and no desk to show for it. We wasted multiple Saturday mornings. We finally got our money back and were told "I guess this transaction just wasnt meant to be." That's not even close to an apology. I would not recommend this business to anyone...

I am super impressed and happy about the furnitures bought from the Clearence Center, Northeast Factory. Danny was the representative - he is very cordial, helpful, explained the products patiently and gave a very good deal. Danny gave the L-sectional (shown here) at almost half of the price compared to the models displayed and showcased in Macedonia store outlet and local furniture outlets in Wayne County. The complete set of the queen bed including the foot board, panel, mattress, box spring -- everything comes within ~$850. Their delivery service is good too, they assembled everything for us. Visited the Macedonia Store outlet for an entertainment stand, liked and bought one but the representative, Tom, was completely non-cooperating in terms of coordinating with the Clearence Center for delivering all the furnitures together. Danny promised and brought the entertainment stand from the Macedonia store but due to some non-syncing with the delivery service had to cancel the order as it was more than one month waiting for the delivery. Overall a wonderful shopping experience in Clearence Center. I would strongly recommend to get in touch with Danny if one is planning to buy furnitures from...
