Chaney's Pizza — Restaurant in Eufaula

LET ME TELL YOU- We were in Eufaula integrating our new office and gate system at Arborstone Self Storage today. I made multiple stops because buying local is extremely important to us. At every stop I asked multiple people what they would recommend locally that was delicious and could feed 7 people for lunch and all but one person recommended here. So I called- the gentleman who answered the phone told me about their special for the day and when I asked if there was anything else on the menu that is to die for and told me all about this amazing cheese bread that people drive all over for so I ordered it too. I asked about 2 liters and at this point figured this guy would be tired of the new girl in town ordering and asking a million questions- but when I asked for cups he said absolutely and counted out enough for all of us. He then offered to deliver and that was huge for how busy we were. The pizza was INCREDIBLE y'all but the cheese bread was over the top good. The dipping tomato based sauce was so flavorful. TLDR: The older lady who answered the phone was so rude that I will never spend a penny here or recommend this location. Immediate terrible customer service without the service.

I had been calling around the Checotah and Eufaula area to see what places might be hiring and decided to call this place. For simply asking if their location was hiring at the moment, the older woman on the phone responded with: "No, we're not, and I don't do it over the phone neither." very rudely, and so loudly that my husband could hear her two feet away from me; not on speaker. After I thanked her for letting me know she hung up on me without another word. I've worked in the food service industry for over 7 years with over 10 years in customer service focused positions. So the thing about Chaney's is that it is pretty decent pizza and a good buffet without alot of options in an old building where they need more staff but can't afford it because they couldn't profit. We always know what we are going to get there and the pineapple delight on the salad bar is delicious. The staff is friendly just busy. We have no problems there just know we have to wait a bit. Don't mind getting up and refilling our own drinks and if they put bus boxes next to the trash cans people could put up their own plates and cups if they...
