My wife and I found Mama Tigs by accident one day while in Eufaula and decided to give it a try and was surprised by how good it was. We’ve only been here a few times but it has become a special treat place for us when we wanted pizza. 2 nights ago was the first time we’d stopped in for dinner. Everything was great until the pizza made it to our table. The pizza looked and smelled amazing but my pizza was so thin that when I picked it up, everything but the sauce fell off the slice. It was so thin that I had to roll each slice like a cinnamon roll just to get a slice with toppings and sauce on the same slice. I’ve had paper thicker than this pizza. We drive 30 miles to get here and then we get this? Looks like we’ll be driving an extra 15 miles from now on for a Little Caesar’s Hot NReady............ update....I was contacted Shortly after this post by I believe the owner who apologized for the experience and made things right by my wife and I. Even though this visit was not great, the fact that the owner cared enough to actually call me personally to take care of my issues made a huge impact on me. I'm going to be giving Mama Tigs another opportunity to live up to the standards that I experienced during my other visits and that I know they are capable of because their pizza honestly has been the best I've had in the past. ...
Read moreIt was made with fresh ingredients - Imagine a crust that was crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside. It was hand-kneaded to perfection. The sauce was made from fresh, organic tomatoes, seasoned with a blend of organic herbs, including basil, oregano, and garlic. Topping that crust was a layer of fresh mozzarella cheese. The cheese was creamy and flavorful, melting perfectly over the sauce. Now, for the toppings. I had mushrooms, sliced thinly and sautéed in olive oil. The Italian sausage gave the pizza that zip and peppery flavor, a small kick to really activate the taste buds. The pizza was finished with a sprinkle of fresh organic basil leaves, adding a pop of color and a burst of freshness. The pizza was baked in a wood-fired oven, giving it a slightly smoky flavor that complemented the fresh ingredients perfectly. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the crispy crust, tangy sauce, gooey cheese, and a medley of organic vegetables. It was truly a culinary masterpiece.
And get the chocolate chip cookie dough dessert pizza. It's fabulous!!

Read moreWent to Eufaula location for the first time ever about 1pm over the weekend. There was one other family there that had just ordered and got their drinks. About 10-15 mins later they were served their pizzas so we figured it would be quick since it was just the two of us. Wrong. About 20 mins later the waitress came and said they had “put a hole” in our pizza and had to remake it. That was it, no offer of anything. I’m hypoglycemic and started getting the shakes and knew I wasn’t gonna last another 30 mins of waiting, so I went to the counter and ordered a salad as we both were pretty hungry at that point. Im pretty understanding that accidents happen but if I worked there I think I would have comped the salad to the patrons for the hassle or at least made it up to them in some way. I don’t know, it was just a bit disappointing to sit there for as long as we did and see other people come and go with takeout orders all while we sat there waiting for as long as we did. Sorry for complaining but that kind of experience didn’t make me feel like our...
