Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Eufaula

Giving 4 stars because the way it was handled justifiable. But the product wasn't what was ordered.

At lunch time I was recommended that they had a gluten-free crust pizza and looked online to confirm. So I ordered that it's a 10-in pizza you get one topping sauce cheese etc, total came out to around $12. My problem is that when I picked up my pizza there was no crust it was literally just cheese burnt on the bottom with the toppings on top. I had to call the store to make sure that this wasn't a mix-up the cashier informed me that this is just a corporate issue they build the website and set the menu but don't always send the product or they don't have that product per say. It was disappointing to receive this product because this is not something that I had wanted and I did try it but honestly it's gross and it's just not for me.

The service was great everyone was extremely friendly I just wish that I would have known about the crust. As someone who can't have gluten it was exciting to see that to have my excitement taken down from cheese 🤣 so just fire beware on this it's not a gluten-free crust it's just...

This was by far the greatest eating experience I've ever had. The professional staff and excellent food was above and beyond my expectations. If anyone is seeking a place to either pick food up to take home or dine in, I can only recommend this place. I've been here multiple times and have gotten to know the workers. The morning staff was polite and gave me my food in an orderly and timely manner, the 3 morning employees are fantastic, them being the manager Bryce, Daniel, and Gunnar. I've been there in the evening and the service is stellar. Both the boys and girls that work there are some of the finest examples of hard work and dedication to their jobs. They are Hunter, Katelyn, Michael, Jayden, Kenzie, and Connor. I've been to every restaurant in and around Eufaula and this is without a single doubt the best food in the entire county. If they had delivery I would not be surprised if they were out in the top 3 of places to visit if someone were to pass through Eufaula. Exemplary employees and service, will definitely...

Worst experience ever!!! They said 20 minutes and after being there 40 minutes my husband went to see what was taking so long. It was 2 girls and a guy and they werent busy at all...it was close to closing time. They had friends or family in the parking lot waiting for them. Two of the boys in the black vehicle kept going to the window and door distracting all 3 employess. Then to top it off the 2 wing orders were wrong and burned on top of it. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Our first time here and not sure we will go back. Cannot recommend...
