Typical formula junk food empire. Loud busy nasty rude employees . Lab built flavors and food . Prices outrageous for non nutritional baser food of low quality.Food for corporate profits leave no margin for quality.I always wondered what are these chewy things that dont disolve when chewed even the crunchy like bone bits blended into the stuff that appears to be hamburger but questionable what are they? A casual atmosphere clean enough to stay for dining. Public restrooms close. Free parking and drive up window and all other amenities places like this offer.I personally dont eat at places like this mainly because I value my health and life. I support independantly owned businesses who value their customers and reputation.The burgers are often soggy the fries hard and cold .The windows could be cleaned. I'd rather pay more for quality than pay high prices to support some ceo living an indulgent lifestyle on my hard-earned pay. They are creative with their marketing ploys I give them credit for this.Breakfast lunch and dinner menus offered.Carl's the other side of fast food . quickie meals for the masses who care little about their health and budget. Lab built food chains like this are expanding world wide spreading americana junk food creating an unhealthy populas the choice is always yours to decide explore the possibility .I recommend a healthier choice with more bang for your buck you wont find it here.Oh by the way did I mention rude management and continual mix ups on orders.Welcome to Carl's jr . the other burger house .I wonder what would happen if Carl and Wendy merged what would the future of fast food be like? Would Dairy queen hook up with McDonald's or Arbys? I shudder to think about this disappointed i threw my last bag of Carl's food away after having a momentary lapse of reason.One bite is all it took and that was my last. There was a time placeslike this cared about quality unfortunatly this is a place...

Easily the most incompetent fast food experience I've ever had...Thought it was a fluke the first time, but it wasn't because it happened again. Pulled up to an empty drive-thru lane and wait 2 minutes to have my order taken. Give my order and no response. Another 45 seconds later "OK I can take your order when you're ready". Apparently she wasn't ready the first time and didn't bother to let me know she wasn't listening after she said she was. And to top it all off, when I got to the window to pay for a 5-piece chicken tender, what I had ordered "isn't being made yet" and she will give me a 9-piece chicken tender instead and discount it. "OK", I thought, that's fair (and a little strange). I pay, no receipt in the bag (so hopefully I paid what she said I did). I get home with my meal and guess what? A small Dr Pepper, small fry and a 6-piece jalapeno popper plus 2 spicy buffalo sauces. That's great, way to fake it 'til you make it. Just tell me you don't have chicken tenders instead of lying and giving me something I didn't order at all to temporarily cover up your incompetence. Needless to say, after two dumb encounters, I won't be returning. McDonald's is across the street and they always do a great job.

PS - I ate a few fries on the way home...cold, all cold.

PPS - I don't like being mean to people and calling them dumb, but I feel they are either a little slow or I was just completely lied to and I hate to think that someone in customer service would lie...

Avoid this location!!!! They cannot get an order right to save their lives. Unless you're lucky enough to go to this location when 1 of the 3 competent employees is working, they will mess up your order. In the past, I've called the store to let them know my order was messed up but im on my way out of town so it's not convenient to turn around. I'm told it'll be fixed next time I come in, just let them know. I'm not talking about they forgot to remove pickles, I'm talking they didn't put my fries in the bag, forgot a burger, or put a bun on a lettuce wrapped burger for someone who is allergic to the bun. When I go back in to order more food and get my item I paid for last time but never got, I'm told they can't help me because I needed to come back in the same day with the receipt that the incident occurred. So this store is effectively stealing from me as they have refused to give me a product I paid for. After a few rounds of this, I started going to the w11th location. It's out of my way, but they haven't messed up an order once. My partner went to this location last night because he was tired and didn't want to drive out of the way. After not being here for months they still messed up the order!!! They put two cookies instead of and order fries and 1 cookie in their $5 box. I have never been to a fast food place that seems to be on a mission to mess up as many orders...
