Kim's Asian Cuisine — Restaurant in Eugene

I have never been treated so rudely in my life! I am a regular customer who placed an order and got it home to find out that it was something completely different than what I ordered. Upon calling, I was told they were sorry and would place my name in the book so my meal could be replaced at my convenience. That was October 5th. Today I called to order the food I was promised and whoever answered the phone told me that there's no name in the book, asked me when I ordered; I told him about a month ago. He starts berating, telling me that I can't wait a whole month to pick up something if there's a problem. I explained to him that the woman who took my concern over the phone told me I could come and pick up my food at my convenience. Then the man put the phone down, to help another customer and I waited for him to return; instead he picked up the phone and hung it up. I was treated so extremely rudely that I will never eat there again and I will never get my nails done at royalty nails again. I am appalled that they would treat someone like that. I have never had nor even heard of this place. Due to the civil situation we're all in I ordered delivery. I was definitely impressed! I couldn't tell you a thing about the mongolian but our food was fantastic! I got teriyaki chicken with fried rice, orange chicken with chow mien, and pad thai. Pad thai had all fresh ingredients, was freshly cooked, and it was definitely one of the better I have had. Second, the teriyaki chicken was not oversalted or overhauled, chicken was tender, and fried rice was made with fresh carrots, fresh green beans, and REAL fried eggs as well as perfectly buttered. Lastly, the orange chicken was great, breaded and great small amount of sauce. Also the chow main had great flavor, even the noodles carried the flavor.

I had these three meals delivered through grubhub, and even including the tip it was right above $40. I will definitely be ordering this...

I was VERY surprised. Dropped in for dinner and did not expect much due to the current lack of good Chinese food in Eugene, but they hit it out of the park! Service was FAST and wait staff super friendly. The prices were WAY reasonable and the food fresh and filling. Even the portions were excellent and I walked away full.

We had orange chicken and pot stickers. Normally I am not a fan of pot stickers because they are soggy and greasy, but I am embarrassed to say that I ate over half of them by myself! The orange chicken was light and flavorful, the fried rice was not stale nor bland and the side sauces were superb. I went back for lunch the next day I was so hooked!
