Eureka Cold Rush Shaved Ice is a total gem!

I stopped by for the first time tonight and was seriously impressed. They've recently rebranded under new ownership earlier this summer, and it shows—in all the best ways. I tried the "Superman" flavor and it was incredible. The texture of the shaved ice was spot-on—honestly a step above Bahama Buck's—and the flavor was bold and delicious without being overpowering.

What really stood out is the consistency. My family went the night before and raved about it, so I had to see for myself—and they were right. It was just as good the second time around, which says a lot.
