Horrible customer service. I shop at Dickey bubs all the time. I’ve spent over $100 this week on feed. I went into the store this morning to look for gifts for the garden/farm for my grandmother. I had my morning coffee I brought with me(in a small pink yeti cup) into the store. (Dickey bubs doesn’t even have the pink yeti in stock.) When I went to pay they harassed me about my coffee, asking if I’d paid for my cup. Which I responded politely that I brought it in with me. It’s clearly used, has coffee inside of it. Then she went ahead and asked if I had a receipt for it very rudely. I did not, but I told her there was coffee inside of it and showed her. Then she followed us out as if we stole it. I have never felt more embarrassed. Check your cameras! I’m not a thief, now just VERY dissatisfied customer. I believe Crystal was the cashier that handled the situatuon and Sean was the manager that was talked to on the phone about the incident. Which neither handled the situation professionally. All right this place was cool first time I've been there pretty good size store with and I have just about everything great prices on firearms canoes camping equipment. Nuts and bolts sold in bulk by the pound grade 8 bolts nuts washers and then standard fasteners as well but also by the pound so cool.. lol as well as clothing fishing equipment and farm animal and pet supplies cool store. Stafford cell phone I was just wondering around but almost everybody there yesterday so they were attentive to customers needs I spot a bunch of random items and it seem to be relatively good deal for the amount of stuff that I got, so the prices were not bad on most...

When I usually shop here I’m always treated very nicely. And this time was no different everyone was very polite and helpful except the guy at the gun counter I asked him a couple questions about some guns and targets and he talked down to me like I was greasy. I’m not a shady individual But that guy just needs to handle himself better he started complaining about people not know what they’re talking about as soon as I walked around the corner 😿 the cashier was very friendly and another nice gentleman helped me find the kitty food.
