Terrible service can't make an online order right to save their lives. Twice in a weeks time had two orders sent out wrong to us. First time was for myself and my boyfriend. I called and the female manager was super sweet saw the mistake that they didnt put mushrooms on our pizza like we ordered and paid for, remade the order and we picked it up. No issues at all! Today we had people over who wanted pizza and wings for the second incident. Ordered 3 pizzas( 1 med cheese, 1 handtossed LG pep. Mushroom and sausage and 1 LG thin crust deluxe), 1-18ct traditional med Buffalo wings and 1-18ct traditional cajun style wings. Called once it was delivered bc they sent out boneless wings for both wing orders, the 3 topping pizza was thin crust and the deluxe was handtossed. The male who answered super chill and said they'd take care of it and get it sent out to us. After waiting for an hour the kids were hungry so we let them start eating the cheese pizza and the 3 topping. My boyfriend called back and a lady stated that if we wanted the correct order we needed to return the wrong order and then they would start our new order. My boyfriend started saying we already talked to someone and they said it was going to be sent out we were checking on where it was. She said they hadn't made it and wouldn't until we returned the wrong stuff so he said ok ill return it. Then she hung up on him. So you're telling me they expected us to return the food and then sit in our car for the new one to be made and baked? Never in my life have I heard that one before but ok. I called back and spoke with a female. I explained the situation and she proceeded to tell me she did the quality check as they do on all orders and she knew for a fact that it was correct. I spent $85 on food and only got one item right that I actually ordered. I just wanted my money back at this point. She kept arguing that the order was correct. She also told me that they had called the number associated to the account which is my cell phone. When I said I didn't receive any calls nor did I have a missed call the girl quickly added that it went straight to my voicemail. When I asked if they left a voicemail(knowing they didnt) she stated that they were unable to and that they were waiting for us to call them back. Hard to call someone back when you didnt know you were supposed to call them back in the first place. They eventually stated they'd refunded the money back to my bank account(we'll see if it actually gets refunded). To prove a point I still took the boneless wings and pizzas up there along with the receipt to show them that their quality check method sucks. I called once I got there and they refused to come out. As well we were threatened if we didn't leave the police would be called. We left i was just wanting to prove a point so now I'm taking the time to write this review bc this location has terrible...
Read moreHorrible. Gross. Incompetent. Slow. Where to even start... The bathroom was gross and the only available paper towel was resting on the corner of the garbage can. The server brought plates for me and my husband but decided the kids didn't need a plate for the garlic knots because their pizza came on a plate. When the garlic knots came out (with someone else's pasta, who by the way didn't get their breadsticks until well after they had been sitting and getting cold on the counter) we asked for plates for the kids. The server started to tell us again that the kids' pizza would come on plates but then realized they didn't have them yet and thought better of it. He had to go back for the dipping sauce. Then the kids got their pizzas. Then he brought a BBQ chicken pizza instead of the buffalo chicken we ordered and walked away. Another employee came over and asked if everything was alright (I'm sure I looked puzzled and less than happy) and we explained to him that it was not what we ordered. He takes it and offers to get refills, leaning into the other drinks on the table. I moved them to avoid wearing them. The Pepsi that came back was nasty. We asked the server for a new one. He dumped out the pop and refilled the cup. Still nasty. Let's just have water with a new cup. Finally the pizza comes and it is watery and gross. Let's not even get into the sanitary issues.... It's called washing your hands if you are going to constantly play...
Read moreWe have had several unacceptable experiences with this Eureka location. I have come to the conclusion...they will not get anymore of my money. Did curb side order pick up, called the store and saw employees sitting at the table ignoring the phone. After the fifth time of no answer my daughter had to mask up herself and her toddler and went inside. The employees then stopped playing around and laughed when she said she was there to pick up and order. The food was poor quality. Received pizza so dry and lacking ingredients, I pitched it. I spoke to Amy the manager, she gave my daughter a credit for the poor quality of food and experience. We ordered pizzas and wings 3 weeks later. Opened the pizza, picked a piece and a long black hair was on top and baked into the cheese. No one in my family has long black hair so pretty obvious it was deposited at the restaurant. Now, with the laziness in the first experience...they should send more time making proper pizza instead of playing games. Then the second experience of no hair nets and who knows who's what else. Was I punished for reporting the first experience? I don't know, the pizza went into the trash. I am never ordering food from this location and caution other people to do the same. Who wants to eat from a place that has lazy, nonkempt and unsanitary working employees and conditions. No surprises in pizza anymore...
