This was my first time here and the service was not good waiter was rude rushing us as we were ordering and even said I’ll be back when she felt we wasn’t fast enough. When questioned about some of the things on the menu she didn’t explain it nor did she have patience with us asking questions. Some of the stuff we ask for was forgotten a few times. When it was time to leave we had to get sauce from owner and I had to walk to the bar to get bags to put the food in we had left. Manager came I even explained to him he tried telling me she came to check on us more than twice oops wrong we must’ve had end of the night food because it definitely was giving potatoes was hard and so was my corn, crawfish taste like it was thrown from boiling water in a sauce I sent them back didn’t even send the mussels back they was definitely overcooked dried out just covered with sauce calamari’s fried to perfection just bland like not a tap of seasoning or nothing the best things I had was oysters shrimp and eggs. It’s crazy because even telling the owner he did nothing to try and make it better I wasn’t trying to get money back and I said that to him and I proceeded to let him no I wasn’t satisfied. As an owner he didn’t even try to make it better he could have handled it better with options hell I would have been satisfied just to have my food remade...

Im not a very big fan of seafood so this review is based on my friend’s taste. This is the third time they eat here and they actually came back because of the special sauce they add on the dish. The presentation of the dish is appealing, they place a bucket on the table and give you all the utensils you need to eat, plus a mini plastic apron so you don’t stain your clothes. As for me I ordered a chicken Po boy with onions rings since they don’t have a lot of chicken options. The bread is kind of dry, the chicken is good but the best thing was the onion rings. They are so so good! crunchy and they have a lot of flavor which I liked. The decoration of the place is so cute there is a boat and fish floating on the ceiling I really liked the ambience. The place is very quiet and peaceful, the staff are very nice and welcoming, service is fast and you don’t even need to call the waiter to refill your drink they are always running around checking if any table needs a refill and if we actually need anything. If you are a seafood fan you will enjoy the experience as for me it was a once in a lifetime thing unless they add more chicken options...

I have ordered from them before they have the best seafood boils. The first time I had a younger gentleman take care of us on the phone. He got us set up everything to what I was expecting. This evening I called to get the same exact thing the build your own. This time my ordering experience was sour, I asked the same way I asked previously and the girl who was answering the phone had an attitude like no other and made me feel like my order was an inconvenience to her time. I said I wanted two the exact same way she rang me up for one I questioned the price because previously it was a little more she explained what she had in the tab with a nasty attitude I was like oh ok yeah I just wanted two the exact same way and she repeated anything else anything else really quickly. Completely out of line however I was the one who apologized to her. I just wanted to make sure I was getting what I expected so that I didn’t have re order when I was picking it up.
