I came there on 8/17 and got a 510 thread vape. When i got to my car and opened the vape it seemed very short filled so I went back in to see about exchanging it for another one. When they exchanged, i guess the the girl took another vapes amount of my perscription so it looked like i got 2 vapes instead of just exchanging the one. I didn't notice this until i went on my medical marijuan registry today (9/1). So i went back to see if they could refund the one vapes amount back to my account since i only took 1 vape, not 2. I walked in and the girl completly brushed me off. Said after 7 days nothing she could do, turned around and started helping someone else. So due to the negligence of your employees, i have to go without? She could have offered me a discount on my next visit or something to compensate for the wrong doing on HER employees part. Instead i was dimissed and brushed off. I go here for the pricing but ill gladly go to trulieve and pay the difference due to the lack of customer service...
