Burger King — Restaurant in Evans

Save yourself the headache and don't come here. We pull up to the speaker and sit there for a good 7 minutes with zero acknowledgement that we were there. Mom says hello, hello trying to get someone's attention and nothing. We assume the speaker is broken so we pull forward. I turn around and the guy behind us is ordering like normal. The drive threw line was SLOW. We eventually get to the window and explain that we hadn't ordered so the lady let us order there. She apologized, we ordedered and payed, she got our drinks and told us to pull to the front and someone would bring out order out. Soda was flat. We pull up the the front, as directed, wait another ten minutes and no one comes. We go inside and the place is dirty; tables are sticky, trash everywhere. We go to the counter and tell them we were waiting like we were told and everyone starts to scramble? "Do you have the ticket? I don't have the ticket. Who has the drive threw ticket?" They couldn't find the ticket for the order we already paid for and no one was making it. They eventually found it, made it, and after 20 minutes, we finally got to leave. I'm not one to complain, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. The drive-thru was backed up so bad and the wait was so long people pulled out of line. We decided to go inside to order. There was no one in the restaurant accept the staff. Finally got our order taken, and almost 40 minutes later I was still standing there waiting for my food! Then they decided to tell me they were out of half the items I ordered and their explanation was they were waiting for the truck. The lady who took my order was very nice. The very slow teenagers who were cooking the food were another story. The one adult back there didn't help matters. Extremely rude and incompetent. The the woman who I'm assuming was a manager was just as bad. Just standing there waiting for them to make the food while they were horsing around in the back. Never said anything to the employees. When I asked for my money back because I was leaving, and explained that I was trying to get my grandson something to eat after we had been gone all day, she finally hollered at the cook and said I need those chicken nuggets. I will never go back again! These employees are definitely not worth...

N. Belair Rd. They were not open at 10:30 pm. Not just closed... all food and counters had been cleaned off. We could only see one employee when we passed through the drive through. Then. I looked up the hours online and it said until 11 pm. We were already driving away but as a last ditch effort to obtain a whopper, I called, no answer. We drove to the next closest location. 5 minutes away. South Belair Rd. We were met by staff standing at the back door when we pulled into the drive-through lone at 10:40. They told us they were closed so we asked what time they closed . He said "right now" . We asked " no, what actual time" to which his reply was " 10". We did not get a chance to reply before the man then again said " we are closed " . According to online hours it was 11 pm as well. I know finding decent employees is difficult, however if they are going to be emoloyeed then they need to do the work they are paid for. I am going to guess all of these people were still milking the clock without doing any work at...
