If only I could rate less. It is rare that I go to the extent to return food. But the food was garbage with a $38 tab. The Mongolian beef was overly spicey (which it shouldn't have been even close to spicy) to a point of unconsumable and loaded with onions, the beef (meet) was white, the rice was chalky. The House Lo Mein had 2 shrimps, and little portions of the other mixed meet and more onions than what's on the farm. The crab rangoon texture, or lack thereof, was a milky thinned cream cheese sauce in a hard egg roll wrap instead of the customary wonton wrap. Lastly, the 6 chicken wings were drummettes from a cornish hen and soaked in salty. Not a whole chicken wing.
Newly relo'd to the area, I patronize local businesses and try different things to establish regularity in my patronage. I'm finding that not all business owners here have a sense of customer appreciation. I understand quite well how our current worker shortages, the economy and pandemic has and is taking its toll on everyone. But, to deliver substandard food to your customers is just unacceptable. When the food was returned, the lady at the counter was aggressive with me after I explained the problem with the food, not something I've ever done or experienced in a business. She was quite rude and verbally reprimanded me for not calling to let them know. I explained my circumstances as to why I didn't bring the food back right away. She continued to rant reason why I wouldn't be compensated pointing to an irrelevant sign posted about payment. Sensing I was not connecting with an attempt to resolve what was my issue, I resolved to advise her with best wishes on moved on.
So proceed with caution. Finding reviews posted with 5 stars. They must be family and friends. I don't have a dog in the fight, just telling the truth of the quality of their horrible food and...

Iāve never ever had a problem with them (other than being a little pricey over the past couple years but oh well) before tonight. My experience tonight was so poor that I will never go back. I sent my husband to go pickup dinner. I wanted the drummet dinner with pork fried rice with no onions since I have an allergy. He wanted the same thing but with onions. I guess the ādrummet dinnerā has been taken off the menu in the past year because whoever was on the other side of the speaker just said no. So he ordered two boxes of pork fried rice, one of course with no onions, and a bag of wings. He repeated his order three times and was told to pull up. When he got home both boxes of rice were loaded with onions. I called and they said they would remake it. I get there and they DEMAND to see our food. The granddaughter said over the phone that she took the order and remembered it. After going back and forth with her mom, who refused to speak to me even though I know she speaks English, she changed her story and said that it was hard to hear the order and that she didnāt hear the part about no onions. The mother tried to make the girl pay for the remake of my rice. I guess she wanted to originally charge me?? If you close your lobby and do to-go only, you have to be good at it.
I ordered it early to pick it up on my way to work. I was told it would be ready at 6:06. I waited in the drive thru behind another carā¦. When I finally got to the window I paid and was told to wait while they brought it out to me. At 6:27 I was told it would only be two more minutes but I absolutely had to leave so that I wouldnāt be late.
I called after leaving and they canceled the transaction. They were still polite and apologetic but now I am going to work without dinner.
I suggest that you utilize the parking lot in front of your building for patrons to wait in instead of the drive thru. You cannot expect an order to be over 20 minutes late an acceptable for your current business model.
