This Taco Bell has been on a decline for the past year but today was by far the WORST and the last time we will be eating there. Our food was soo greasy is absorbed through all the paper wraps and bags and were soggy before we even got home. The beans are definitely different (I don’t know if they’re rancid or what the problem is) but the beans were so bad that my family literally trashed all four burritos because they couldn’t stomach to eat them. So disgusting! Lastly, the lady in front of me in the drive through was taking a while with her order, I’m not sure what happened but when I pulled up the window worker apologized (she was really nice) but then when I received my food I noticed my order was wrong. (I don’t necessarily think it was anyones fault. It was raining so hard it made it hard to hear each other.) Anyways, I was maybe at the window a solid minute when all the sudden, a woman I’m guessing was the manager, starts flipping out and full on yelling at me and the worker. (She began accusing me of being at the window for ten minutes and for trying to add on stuff last minute my order at the window?) and literally screaming that I can’t do add ons at the window and yelling “She’s got to go” over and over again!? Reminder:I literally had just pulled up and been there about a minute, was not getting anything added on, and was simply trying to get the food I ordered. I was confused why she was upset and what I did wrong and the window worker tried explaining to this other lady I’m guessing was the manager that it was the other customer that had just left that was taking along time and that I had just pulled up but the lady just kept yelling over her saying I was taking too long? I literally had just told them I’m missing items and repeated my order and the lady made me leave the window even though I had already paid for the food and pull around again and wait for three other customers to get their food before getting my corrected food order. I understand mistakes happen. But for that lady to go off on a paying customer and her employee who was just trying to fix things because my order got screwed up was not only poor customer service, but outright rude and unprofessional! I felt so bad for the other workers and I definitely would not want someone that acts like that in charge or representing my place of business. I was in such shock buy the random outburst that I’m guessing was meant to be directed towards the car in front of me that I didn’t even argue or say anything to the screaming manager, but she obviously can not handle the stress of her position and should not be someone in charge if she can’t control herself enough to not explode at people. Taco Bell has definitely lost our business and I recommend...
Read moreThe worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I worked at Taco Bell for a year my senior year 2018 so I actually know what the food is SUPPOSED to look like. This location is consistently bad. They dont grill their tortillas. Step one in making any taco or burrito at Tbell is throwing the tortilla on a flat grill to get it soft and warm. These people skip that. They take the tortillas right out of the box and start loading them with ingredients. Speaking of ingredients they have a habit of giving people half the correct portion of ingredients. Every time I've come here my crunchwrap is completely flat with barely any meat and my dry, room temperature, ungrilled, grainy tortilla soft tacos are about 1/4 filled with their ingredients. I know what the portions are supposed to be and I already know the employees just dont want to walk back to the walk in freezer to get more so they just screw customers out of correctly portioned food items. People are paying $4 for these food items, it is ridiculous. Over 1 year of coming to this tbell here and then these issues have never changed. My Tbell had constant "ghost clients" (Fake customers who would randomly stop by and order food to make sure it met the standards). My shift leads were always on us for the quality of the food speaking of which doesnt take long at all to make. This place is clearly badly managed as the people who run it obviously dont care about the literal garbage version of Taco Bell they're serving to people.
I know this is a fast food restaurant but that isnt an excuse to dish out horrible food I'd get fired for serving at the Tbell I worked at. Cant imagine all the business this place doesnt get because of...
Read moreWent through the drive thru today for lunch. Cashier taking my order seemed annoyed with the fact that I didn't want large meals. I was ordering for three kids and myself, and I didn't want the huge cups for the kids. She stated there was no price difference for downsizing. Okay, but why offer different drink sizes if the price is the same. Doesn't seem logical when they're in business to make a profit. Secondly, they always try to upsell extra beef. I agreed to extra on the first but I was charged for extra beef on literally every item she could upcharge me for. An additional $3.50, plus tax. The guy at the window who took my payment and handed me my order was very pleasant. Upon opening my order, it was overall very messy. Yes, it's Taco Bell. They have never really seemed to put much care into the appearance of the food, but this just seemed messier than normal. I know it was probably a lunch rush, but sheesh. You don't give out forks or spoons so how am I supposed to eat it? Scoop it up with my hands? And I have never gotten a flat, soggy chalupa in my 20 years of eating Taco Bell. But of course I got one today, wth. Overall theme of employment, people hate their jobs and make your experience as a patron a freaking nightmare and a waste of your money.
