2024-02: Been a customer still, more than before. Overall, things have been great, from delivery times to food being correct to delivery drivers. But, I have noticed my delivery instructions/request have been ignored more than before (contactless delivery - I ask that the driver "Please do NOT ring bell or knock. Leave on top step of front porch. Thank you!" - and I've gotten more drivers that have both knocked, rang the bell). Taking it down one star from 5 to 4 due to that. Hopefully, these guys will give me a reason to take it back up to 5 stars quickly. 🙂
2023-01: Still perfectly happy with this Domino's. Still haven't had any issues with ordering, my orders always being correct and on time, and having my delivery instructions honored.
2022-02: I've been ordering from this location for a few years. Never had an issue with them, personally. I've always ordered directly from them/their website, as opposed to using a third party delivery service. It's nice to be able to follow the process of my order being made, cooked, checked, and when it's out for delivery. Everything was correct and on time. But a HUGE shout out to Aya, my delivery driver. She followed my delivery instructions perfectly, even giving me a call to let me know she had made the delivery. She was professional and courteous....
Read morePlaced an order online (WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS) for pick up at the store and even gave them an hour to get my order correct before I went to pick up. Get all the way back home and discover the second pizza was not the Spinach Feta Cheese plus extra toppings I paid over $20 for, but instead a plain o cheese pizza. When I called back up to the store and inquired when would my order be re-made and delivered, "Tyler" the manager informed me he refused to deliver the pizza, I would have to come back to the Store to pick up. Wait .... YOU messed up specific written instructions, even after opening the pie box to confirm you had the correct order and then cannot offer a delivery (where the driver would have been tipped) in the interest of this awesome great customer service Domino's ads and commercials all state the company believes in! In this current economy of a Recession where funds are tight, I chose to celebrate my grandson's night before the First Day of School with his favorite pie from Dominos and you ruined the experience - completely. Way to go Tyler and Dominos!! - I'm sure Pizza Hut, Marco's Pizza, Hungry Howie's, Papa John's, Roma Pizza, Your Pie and a host of local places all offering much better pizza tbh and customer service will gladly take my money going...
Read morePerhaps it's time to reconsider Domino's Pizza. My initial relationship with DP dates all the way back to my college years at Michigan State! Back then i couldn't imagine life without them. But after college, either my taste buds evolved or Domino's began to tank - both in service and product. Either way, i completely terminated my relationship with them. Surprisingly, we reunited yesterday (after a 30+ year breakup) when my grandkids feigned such a level of hunger, that they began chewing in the most obnoxious manner possible, growling and snarling like starved beasts. In retaliation, since Domino's was within sight, i decided to test their hunger level with a Domino's Pizza. Well, talk about a plan that failed epically! 😱 I'm still marveling over the experience less than twenty-four hours later! Not only did the pizza exceed my expectations, but their aesthetics, the pristine clean dining area....yes...you heard right...they actually have an area where you can dine in! My grandkids DEVOURED the pizzas (almost as much as their grandmom)! Yes...it's DEFINITELY time to rethink Domino's! They have made some incredible changes....at least at this Belair...
