So tonight, I ordered a medium of the Ice Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso. When I got there the lady at the front desk with red braids served me the drink and I was on my way. The coffee was filled to the top so I was satisfied. However, as I am on the road I finished my drink in literally 5 minutes after getting it and noticed that my cup was filled all the way up with ice. So, I turned back around and asked the lady who served me before if it was normal to fill the cups all the way with ice. The lady had said they had an “ice limit” where they put a certain amount of ice in a drink and that’s what they had to follow unless we requested light ice. She showed me the side of the cup that showed the “ice limit.” Then another lady with a black bob came to the desk who I believe is the lead. Long story short, she was being very condescending and said that she wasn’t trying to argue with me but also saying that I either should have known when I got the drink and that next time I should just request light ice. I was baffled because when I was handed the drink the liquid covered the ice so I did not notice. She then proceeded to say that she couldn’t just hand me another drink because of how expensive it was but I find that pretty hard to believe because the boy who was working there told me that all they did was put two shots of espresso and a few other ingredients. So instead she offered a donut but I passed because I was just done at that point. Read moreThe experience this morning 9/5 at approximately 8:40-8:55 was horrible. When I arrived the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, I decided to go in. That decision was a horrible idea, there was a gentlemen in front of me that had been there longer than I have. It had to be about 8-9 employees working the drive thru line which was RIDICULOUS. After 5 mins no one greeted the gentlemen and myself, I got out of line asked if someone could attend to us. A employee response was a finger gesture of wait one minute ☝🏻. So I got back in line the gentleman in-front of me was upset and left! I waited about 5 more minutes before I said something again. I was furious by this time I kindly went over and said I have been here extremely long enough without greeting. I need to get to work just like everyone else out in the drive thru, I asked do I need to leave and go to the drive thru just to get assistance and the young lady says no ma’am I can help you now! Very dissatisfied! I called the store to speak with a manger whom I don’t believe was one her name is KADY, I explained to her the situation and all she said was I agree with no apology or anything! I have worked in the resturant industry for years, so I have alot of knowledge when it come to customer service. I just want to know how would any of YOU would’ve felt if it happen to you? Read more2024 update order ahead has become basically pointless they don’t have the order set out or even prepared. You will end up waiting in the same line so that they can make your order once you arrive.
The lack of basic food code standards at this location is really becoming serious 20 October 2024 employees food and drink in the counter. Mostly drank ice coffee and his bottle of water all laid out next to the register and perhaps the remnants of a donut. Trash everywhere on the floor and a general lack of care on display everywhere.
Service has hit rock bottom at this location unfortunately. I’ve been coming to this location for 7 years and no more. The service has gotten to the point that even with order ahead you will still stand in line as your order sits behind the counter. The other day I came in and watched an employee fold boxes she saw me no acknowledgment and didn’t come over to take my order. After a couple minutes I left. Donuts are consistently stale. It’s unfortunate that this place has gone from one of my favorite stops to me making my coffee at home time to shut off the auto reload on the app and use up my points.
