They are the worst! 1st time -Pulled up drive-thru and rude as heck little girl didn't say anything to me so I said "hello" and she said "YEAH??!!"? I REALLY wanted an orange cream frozen orgasm so I let that slide but I must have blacked out for a quick second there because all of a sudden I found myself yelling my order because she kept saying "Can you speak up, I can't hear you"!!... that's all she kept saying, over and over and over. It was the most ridiculous moment I've ever experienced IN MY LIFE!! When I yelled if I can just pull up to window to order, IT WAS LIKE A MIRACLE because she actually heard me that time, and she rudely replied........"No,you can't order at the window".....???🤯 !!!who-da!!?? I had no choice but to drive away feeling rejected.
2nd worst day of my life and last time- pull up a couple months later hoping new employees have been hired ..and SAME THING, nobody asks me what I'd like. I wait patiently and I finally say hello, SAME EMPLOYEE says " Yeah!! it's going to be a couple of minutes, "! And just leaves..🥴 So after 5 minutes or so I said "hello"? This girl had the nerve to tell me "I said it's going to be a couple of minutes ok!" I replied "do you know about how many?" She said "No" and let again. I had my kids with me and it was just plain the nastiest customer service we've ever experienced. Spoke to manager over the phone and that was useless. Must all be related or something.
And please to whomever responds to these reviews, if you can't honestly apologize for the actions of your employees since you won't seem to fire them than don't bother with your "Sorry blah blah blah, call some number to leave a message with no one"...

We ordered our food and the wait was a little longer then normal but they were super busy so it wasn’t a big deal. However, when ever we did get our food it was cold the cheese sticks tasted as if they had been sitting around for a while and the best part is that my husband didn’t get the burger he had ordered when we became aware of the mistake we pushed the “red button” and the first thing the girl said was “sorry we are closed”. We said okay but we already ordered and got our food and we didn’t get the right burger that we ordered she said sorry our kitchen is closed there is nothing we can do. When then asked for a manager and the manager refused to talk to us and told the girl to tell us sorry but the kitchen is closed mind you there are still cars in the drive-Thru ordering food so we pulled around through the drive Thru and got behind the waiting cars. At this point I’m on the phone with customer service we paid $10 for a burger and got a $5 burger when a boy comes out the side door and ask what he can do for us, would you know after my husband explained he got the wrong burger the boy went in and made the correct burger for him no questions asked and no excuses about the kitchen being closed . I will still be filling a complaint on the manager “Brenda” as she is very unprofessional and has no clue what customer service is about ... what a...
Read moreWe went last night The service was okay at first we ordered our food. And everything was normal is okay. But then we pushed the button to see why our food was taking forever 30 minutes. So we punched the button again and a girl answered and she said that they were only taking orders and drive-thru. Well we had already ordered and she cut us off. So we push the button again and again she said they're only doing drive through orders. So my husband got off and asked what was going on cuz we had already been waiting for our food already over 30 minutes. And they said they didn't have an order for us at first so then the girl that took her order was in the corner kind of hiding. And another older lady came out. So we told her where our food is cuz we had already ordered she replied it's right there on the table. And it should have been already out to us... So we just left and told him just to do your job you know cuz what you get paid to do is to do your job and make sure your customers are happy. The hours say until 11:00 p.m. it was only 9:30.. so I will not be going to the Sonic anymore whoever asked me about Sonics I will tell them on my experience with them. I will be calling the GM on Monday morning...
