Subway — Restaurant in Evans

Well the food was good there was a homeless man out and laying in the middle pretty much of the yard right there in front of it it was kind of iffy going in it's kind of filthy around the outside. First thing we noticed is there's a note on the door stating that they are only taking debit or credit cards no cash and then when we do go up to the cashier and to talk to him cuz he's the only one in there there's no other person there with them it's about 4:35 in the afternoon and he states to us that he's not sure that the credit card machine is even working and he's not sure he's going to be able to take our coupons so we in turn had to just order first and pay to make sure that was going to go through causing him to build up a huge line behind us and so I don't even think half those people stayed either I don't know if their payments went through or what but your manager should have came in not leaving the boy there they should have had a machines fixed whatever they need to do they need to do some cleaning on the outside cleaning of the windows the pavement making sure the loitering around there didn't need to be that could be quite intimidating...

We were out late and hungry so we stopped into subway. While we were waiting we noticed there were 2 employees. One employee was making sandwiches and the other kept disappearing. Well the line kept getting longer and longer and the second employee resurfaced long enough to make 1 mobile order sandwich amd disappeared again. There was 9 people in the line at this point and he still went to the back and left his co worker to make all the sandwiches and ring up the food by himself. We sat in the restraunt and ate our meal and the whole 45 minutes we were there the 2nd worker never reappeared to help with the line. I give the young blond kid with the tattoos and buck eyebrow ring mad props for handling that rush alone. You sir deserve a huge raise. Your tan coworker should get reprimanded. Today I ordered food online from this location, which I've done before never any problems. I'm not sure how but I bought and paid for food that I was going to pick up today at 6:50 PM and it had the next day's date and I didn't realize it. The employees wouldn't give me the food today instead of tomorrow. When I asked to speak to a manager they said that there was not a manager on staff that could help. It was an obvious mistake, the food had already been bought and paid for. It was very disappointing that this couldn't have been resolved.
