Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Evans

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This place is ridiculous! My husband went in and ordered a EMB pepperoni, the girl taking the order rang it up as a EMB sausage. He made sure to get pepperoni. I passed a piece to my daughter and saw that the pizza was not a EMB!! Hardly any cheese or sauce, and crust was super thin. I called to explain this to them, the first girl was nice and understanding. I told her I couldn't turn around because my daughter had to be at school in 30 mins and we are headed that way. She said I could come in and get a new one made for me when I had the chance to come back. I said thank you and hung up. 5 mins later the "manager" calls stating that if I don't come back now with the pizza that I will get a refund or a new pizza made. I told her I couldn't and she said that there was nothing she could do. So I asked if I could talk to her boss and she said he would be in around 4pm, that won't work for me as I work and can't just come back. I asked her if there was anything else that I could do, like send her pictures as she stated that she made the pizza herself!! She said I would have to send it to a gmail account, I asked for that information and she couldn't or wouldn't give it to me. She was extremely rude, so I stated I would call another location and see if they could help me. She stated "good luck, but they won't" she a laugh. Needless to say, I called another location and they in fact will help me and I will never return to this...

Went in yesterday to get an online order that I placed. Started off with walking in and not greeted at all with quite a few people waiting. I stood off to the side knowing I had an online order. Well they placed my online order in the boxes so I pulled it out and it didn’t have the marinara that came with it. So I stood waiting for about 15 minutes for someone to hand me a marinara sauce. All in this time there were a few employees that were at the “managers area” while one was vaping and I could see her. Then when I asked for her help for ONE cup of marinara (along with multiple customers have came in at this point waiting for help) and she turned gave me a NASTY look along with the guy that was putting toppings on the pizza but neither came to help. I knew that this generation has a hard time working but this is completely unacceptable. Then when I finally received the sauce I explained it was frustrating and I got a “we have been slammed” I’m sorry but do not work somewhere you cannot keep up with pace of the job and unable to give even decent customer service. This is beyond frustrating. I had just worked a full day myself and was ready to go home and relax. Do better...

Im not a big fan of pizza in general but I go there often because of my busy lifestyle. This is always why I prefer to use the pizza portal. When I showed up they were very very busy but my pizza was not in the portal so I ended up having to still wait almost 10 minutes for my food. I had called to adjust my pick up time to later. Orginally it was 445. I called and stated it would be 515 before I got there. I still didn't arrive until 525 and barely made it out the door at almost 535. I had 3 emails stating my pizza was in the portal with a code but it wasn't. They continued to help the line until the customer pointed out I had been waiting by the portal which the error message prompted me to-do. Then when I got home the pizza had to be recut and it had grease dripping from the slices. I honestly dont know if this was just a bad day for them because I ordered 9 pizzas the week before for my work crew and recieved no complaints but I didn't eat any that day and can not speak to the quality. I will say they originally only had 8 pizzas ready and I had to prove I had ordered 9 which then took a good 5 minutes of verification before the order was...
