I used to like this place until I was harassed by somebody at the restaurant for a Grubhub order issue. My order said delivered, but it must have been delivered to the wrong address because I never received it. I contacted Grubhub and their solution was to cancel the order and issue a refund, which they did. I still wanted pho and made a second order. The restaurant canceled the second order and ended up calling me demanding money for the first order. I explained I didn't receive my order and it was Grubhub that canceled it, so Grubhub would be the one that needed to resolve the issue because I have no idea what Grubhub's process or policy is for this kind of situation. The person from the restaurant then proceeded to say they had my information, my name, my number, my address, which soundeded to me like he was saying they'd come after me if I didn't pay. Don't know if he intended it to sound threatening, but that's the way it came across. All for a $10 order before delivery fees and tips. It was extremely unprofessional and I am hesitant to even write this review because of their comments and harassment, but others should be warned not to order from them because this is not a business you want to be giving your personal info to. Definitely don't recommend unless you want to be harassed.

In response to the owner's comment: Further proof of the staff's lack of professionalism. I have proof of everything I've written. Messages with Grubhub support when I contacted them about not having received my order and they said they were going to cancel it. An email and notes on my order saying they canceled it because I didn't receive it. Phone records showing the restaurant called me after canceling my second order. Messages with Grubhub support again after I let them know the restaurant was harassing me about the canceled order where support said they called the restaurant to tell them they'd deal with it so I wouldn't be harassed anymore. And messages to another person complaining about my order not being at my house despite saying delivered, the fact my order had to be canceled so I had to reorder, and about how the restaurant called me, all sent while things were unfolding as they were happening. I agree the restaurant should be compensated for an order they filled that was picked up by a driver, and I thought the refund would be coming out of Grubhub's pocket since my problem was due to their delivery, but the way the restaurant handled this was so unprofessional. The only thing I did wrong was choose to order from this restaurant. I love pho, but this isn't worth it. This...

Pho was good, our family love going there. But this time I’m so disappointed. My bill was $33.75, I signed the receipt and left. Today I checked my credit card, it was charged $38.75. Are you taking your own tips? I stop giving tips because the young lady who serves food never says hi or not even smiles.

I can’t give you another review so I’m leaving my message here. You insult the costumer for saying the truth. You think you provide the best service? The second time I was there you instructed me how to sit on your table. How to put my chair ect. I didn’t take it serious that is why I was still there. If you can’t accept the fact that the service lady does not friendly at all, then I can’t help (maybe just with us). I didn’t know that you take your own tips from my card. Ya honestly, I don't really understand about your tips percentage. You meant, no matter how the hell service you provide, still I need to give tips? Don’t worry there are plenty of nice restaurants in town. I don’t west my time giving bad reviews to businesses places unless I have a bad experience. Instead of trying to improve your service, you insulted me that I am unscrupulous? That’s sounds ridiculous.

One last for you, don’t judge people on their race, or look low on others. If you can’t tolerate the negative reviews then work harder for your business so that you can get 5 stars. People have all the right to give comments when we spend money and not satisfied with...

Honestly I love your pho and it’s amazing. My issue comes with inconsistency of the website being up to date about when you’re open or closed or when you guys are open with door dash. Today for instance, door dash says your closed, but your website says your open.. I don’t have a car today and really wanted your pho and I take advantage when it can be delivered. Or when you’re closed, it door dash says your open and an hour goes by that my “order is waiting for confirmation” and I have to cancel my order because no one was picking up the phone for me to make sure you got the order. Calling in is also hard because it will ring forever before someone answers. Other than that the pho and pork spring rolls are delicious, never truly know whether you’re open or closed..

Update— ordered through them again and my order was confirmed through door dash. My driver was sitting in the parking lot waiting for the order to be ready. I soon after get a message stating that the order was cancelled due to the store being closed. Checked back on the door dash app and they were “closed” — called the restaurant and someone answered confirming they were open. They cancelled my order and then turned off door dash for their business even though there was a delivery driver waiting in the...

This is our favorite place in Greeley!! Their pho is so comforting with great flavor! Also highly recommend the spring rolls and their crab wontons are always yummy!! If you don’t like pho the rice bowls and the bahn mis are delicious as well!!! Truly cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone there works so hard and they’re always so kind when we come in!! I’ve grown up eating pho and this is truly one of my favorite pho spots in all of Colorado!!! Tip: If you do take out, which we do a lot haha, I think it’s best to boil the broth separately with the onions and cilantro if you’d like!! Then in a bowl we put the noodles and the meats (including the raw steak) and then you pour the boiling broth over the meat. Add any toppings you like and kinda push the raw steak into the hot broth to make sure it cooks all the way through! It takes a little more work but it’s totally worth it for how much better the pho is!! And making the pho like this is more like how they do it in the restaurant!! Otherwise your noodles may get soggy which is never good. Also store your noodles separately to also avoid sogginess!! Sorry for the long post, I’ve grown up eating pho and have learned a lot haha!! Edit: Pictures are how our pho ends up looking at home!!

Can't go wrong with Vietnamese food, to be honest. My family and I went here after a long day of driving, so it was refreshing to taste something homey and nostalgic. We all ordered pho tai, or rare steak pho (I'd originally wanted vegetarian, but the parents changed it last minute so I was little like what? but it's fine). It was delicious anyways. The service was kind of non-talkative and straightforward, but that's what you can expect from Vietnamese people I guess. It was kind of funny because before we came in they were playing American pop music, but after we came in they put on Vietnamese pop music, which was very interesting.

5 stars for NewPho! This cozy little spot may be small in size, but it delivers big flavor and even bigger hospitality. The service is consistently warm, attentive, and fast—you truly feel like a valued guest from the moment you walk in. The pho is rich and aromatic, with perfectly cooked noodles and tender meat, and the rest of the menu is just as impressive. Whether you're a pho enthusiast or just stopping in for a satisfying meal, NewPho is a hidden gem that’s absolutely worth the visit. A must-try if you're in the area!
