As a Brit in Evanston, I can highly recommend Inspired Indian, their Butter Chicken spice kit is fabulous, so delicious and easy it make, I have also tried the Kheema spice kit and love this, it is so tasty and is a great easy and fast Indian meal to make, very delicious. I recently tried the Paneer Tikka from Inspired Indian Co., and it was absolutely delicious. The dish was bursting with flavor — rich, full, and beautifully spiced — without being overly hot, which I really appreciated. I’m usually sensitive to spicy food (I even get hiccups when it’s too hot!), but this was perfectly balanced. It had all the depth and aroma you’d want from Indian cuisine, just without the burn. I stopped by to check out the place on Thursday but wasn't aware of the closing hours so I happened to arrive right when they were closing up. However, the worker overheard that I wanted to get some masala chai so she invited my friends and I inside and took in the order request for Masala Chai (which was amazing btw). I can't believe that now I have option for authentic masala chai in Evanston :') Thank you for the kindness! I can't wait to come back to try to the sandwiches.
