It is my very first time to visit this place. First impression is the definitely the cleanliness and the nice casual ambiance inside. I was with my friend and she also liked the ambiance inside. They have an outdoor seating which also looks nice but we chose to seat inside. Their selection is amazing they have different options that really sounds so good. The staff in the counter and our server were friendly and accommodating. Food was served fast and I got myself their pork belly and eggs steaks sandwich. The sandwich has a huge portion as well as my friend’s sandwich. Both of our sandwich is served with a handful of sweet potato fries. My sandwich was delicious the pork belly and the egg were well seasoned and the two really always got the perfect combination. The sweet potato fries are cooked perfectly and it was still hot and crispy I really love their sweet potato fries and it is well seasoned as well. We also shared with their quesadilla and it is also good but it definitely tastes better with their dipping sauce. Our first time was a really great experience and we love the food, the service and the place overall! The prices are also cheaper that the other restaurants so I will definitely choose to visit them again over any other spot...

We went to take care of some business in Evanston, and later on to see our son, and around lunch time we were going to head out back home but we wanted to eat. We looked on the maps and this was right up the street. What a sweet find!
The staff was amazing. Our server (Maeve) was our Superstar. She was so sweet, engaging, efficient, and made sure we didn't want for anything. Don't feel entitled, tip your server well, it's a sign of class.
I had my double smash burger and some cheese fries, with a shot of Jim Beam and a Coors. I miss my Modelo, they were out that day. But I can adapt. My wife had the Falafel salad, and coffee. Everything was wonderful. I would recommend this establishment highly. Some of the younger locals can be a little rowdy, especially with a comment made to me. I was in a good mood that day, no need dwelling on the negative. But that was not a customer, and outside, not inside.
The bathrooms were spotless, and everyone knows, clean bathroom clean kitchen! Never eat in an establishment with a filthy bathroom.
I would have to say that this establishment is well above average. The decorum was interesting, the neighborhood peaceful, very...
Read moreFirst time at Stacked & Folder, my wife and I sat at the small bar to have a drink and appetizer. We shared the guacamole and chips at $12.95. It was tasty, but the chips were greasy, like they had been deep fried twice. For a college town restaurant, I think it is a little pricey. If you order only two tacos with rice and beans it will run you from 12.00 most at $16.00 and one at $17.00. Our guacamole and chips were $12.95 and not a huge order. If you want a Kobe Beef burger with one side will run you $17.95 or $18.95. If you don’t mind a regular quarter pound burger $11.95 or $15.95 for two Pattie’s. For a cheap date night dinner with only two drinks we’re talking probably tax, tip, total over $60.00. Yes, I’ll return to try more on their menu especially those Kobe Beef burgers. Reading several other reviews, there was a consistent complaint of dried out bread and buns. If it was me, I’d ask the manager to give me fresher bread 🥯 Before you go, look 👀 below 👇 and give this a thumbs up 👍. You can follow me to see many more reviews. I have over 4...
