Starbucks — Restaurant in Evanston Township

this was the worst experience i have ever had at a starbucks. i waited for around 15 minutes for my drink, and the workers did not even take my name down when i ordered. when i did not see it, i politely asked them if they perhaps mixed up the order but the employees began violently yelling at me, refusing to remake any orders. she told me i could pick between two orders, both not mine, but she would not make my drink. her coworker had to calm her down because she was literally acting rabid. Who is the manager here? The baristas had people wait in a line with no response as to what was going on for 40 minutes. Did not take a single order and continued to make mobile drinks that no one was picking up DURING LUNCH TIME. As someone who works in coffee I could not believe what I was seeing. If this location can not take orders it should closes rather than ignoring a long line...
