We've been on a road trip all morning. We decided to stop here and before we even got to the place, we looked up the directions. Horrible parking lot for a truck and trailer. Plus a drive thru so the people aren't even paying attention to the rest of the parking lot. It took us a bit to decide on what to get. We figured it out. So we ordered 3 sandwiches, 4 drinks, chips and a pickle. At least they cut the pickle into fourths so we could share it. I asked for light mayo ( it was definitely extra mayo.. not my thing, guys) At least the guy was nice and tried to save us some change... We then got our cups and beverages. We then all had to ask where the restroom was because there is a door with NO restroom sign on it! I'm sure that's intentional and very rude of them. I feel as though this is an OSHA violation. How would OSHA feel if they knew that there's no sign for the restroom and NO napkins available for the customers to grab for their meals. Speaking of, when we asked about the napkins one of the employees said there were napkins on the table... What table was he talking about?!? We didn't see napkins until after we used the restroom and noticed they were on the sandwich making table. 🤣😂 Like for real? I wouldn't...

Stopped here a few months ago. I had some visitors and I asked them where they wanted to eat and they picked this place. I had never been to any Jimmy Johns before. Of the 3 orders, they messed up one of them, but my friend didn't want to make a fuss, so she ate a few bites and tossed the rest. I thought the bread was at least a day old: it was hard and stale, so I just ate it without the bread. And I wasn't impressed with that either.
Service was slow, and our table was dirty.
A few weeks ago I stopped again, to give it a second chance. BIG mistake. Very slow service, and the sandwich was awful. This time I skipped the bread and just had it made with lettuce. At least two of the meats had gone bad. I couldn't eat more than one...
Read moreVery disappointed with my experience here. We were on our way up to the Uintas for an adventurous day hike. We figured a jimmy johns sandwich would be an easy and great lunch to pack so we called an order in. We stopped in and picked up two #16’s the Club Lulu, which includes turkey, bacon, tomato, and lettuce. I double checked and they unfortunately didn’t get the order right. They seemed happy to fix it and offered to set everything straight. Sweet! NOT. They made two new sandwiches, wrapped them up and we were on our way. Hours later we open up our jimmy John sandwiches and what do we see? Lettuce, tomato, NO chicken, ONE yes, one piece of bacon on one of the sandwiches and only three on the other. You could say I was pretty mad! 100% do not recommend this location as you are highly unlikely to actually get...
