I recently placed a mobile order at this Arby’s location, and my experience left me very disappointed. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the challenges of the job, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude.
When I arrived at the drive-through, I politely requested no ice in my drink since the app didn’t offer that option. The employee, who appeared to be a manager based off the blue shirt, responded passive-aggressively, and I could tell by his tone and demeanor that he was irritated by my simple request with his response of, “Well, it was already made, but okay.” When I pulled up to the window, he informed me that the option to request no ice is in the app, which I genuinely did not see despite being familiar with mobile ordering. As I tried to explain this, he abruptly cut me off, said “have a good day,” and slammed the window shut while I was still holding my phone to show him.
This interaction felt intentionally dismissive and unkind, which is especially concerning if this person is a manager and a representative of the company’s leadership. A little patience and understanding would have gone a long way in resolving this situation. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reluctant to return to this location. I hope management can address this type of behavior to ensure future customers feel valued...

Yesterday we went to get arbys with our 8 year old and this guy was beyond rude. He treated us as if we were so stupid we couldn't read a menu . He was super rude and disrespectful to the point I am contacting corporate today . He also refused to get a manager on the phone when I called and invited us to come back and fight it out with him face to face. All the while I held my tongue and played the I want to speak with ur manager role. HE PRETENDED TO GET A MANAGER , DIGUSIED HIS VOICE , and as soon as I told " the manager " details he started yelling into the phone !! .This guy doesn't belong in the customer service anything . No parents should be so insanely disrespected trying to order dinner for their children ! I do know David was the general manager working and either he supported the behavior or the employee pretending to be a manager ( drive thru attendant) who invited us to come fight it out face to face and hung up on us didn't tell David about this . I'm honestly not sure which . I hate to say it but David probably fully knew about this . If anyone else is having trouble let's contact corporate together. I just have a strong feeling we are not the only ones experiencing this level of rude disrespect at this restaurant. ...
Read moreWent to Arby’s last week to get their 2 for $7 fish sandwiches. Ordered a small fry for $1.99 also. The girl at the drive thru told me the cost was $11.59. I gave her a $20 bill and looked at the receipt and saw they charged me $4.29 each for the 2 fish sandwiches. Told the girl that this was wrong. I said the sign on the Markey was 2 for $7 as I ordered. She went to the Manager and that it rang up wrong, he told her the it was correct at $4.29 each. I gave her my change she gave me and got my $20 back and did not get their fish or fry’s. The manager did not care and the girl did not know what to do. Won’t be back for a long time.
