Ordered pizza on election night because their tracker said it was a 35 to 47 minute estimated wait. Even accounting for an hour wait, that's fine.
The tracker then sat with the pizza in "prep" phase for TWO HOURS. During that time I spent a total of 45 minutes on hold trying to call into the store to cancel so I could go pick up actual food, as it was getting too late to wait for the pizza to cook.
We were able to go out, pick up dinner, bring it home, eat, and still only then did an incredibly apologetic driver arrive.
I'm not giving them one star because the pizza was late on a busy election night. I'm giving one star because the manager clearly took the phone off the hook (or, if there was a tech issue with phones, did not suck it up and turn off online ordering until the issue was fixed like the Pizza Hut across the street that listed themselves as Closed to cut off online orders).
The pizza was ordered at 6:18 p.m. The driver arrived at 8:45 p.m.
THEN afterwards, the manager has done nothing to reconcile issues like mine. I filed a customers service report before the pizza had even arrived as I presumed it was never coming. It's now Saturday. According to Domino's corporate the store manager was supposed to contact me by end-of-day Friday about reconciling the issue (a refund).
So I basically have put $30 in escrow because the manager refused to take calls on Tuesday and never called me in the days following, so now that money is just in Domino's pockets until Tuesday when Corporate is back to work and will step in to process the refund regardless of what the franchisee does.
I see a trend of negative reviews saying this location has a habit of either never answering the phone or intentionally being curt to keep phone calls short. Order from literally any other pizza place. This one has been so bad I've had DOORDASH DRIVERS arrive with pizza I ordered directly from Domino's, as if they're so short-staffed the store is actively booking Doordash people to run...
Read moreI've ordered here for 2 years I've never had a problem until 1 night a few weeks ago I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza got our order delivered opened the box and what do you know there's no Buffalo sauce on it nothing at all just cheese and chicken ok no problem called got it re ordered no problem well it shows up to our house and there is a gallon of Buffalo sauce on it I stopped the driver and she new what had happened before it even got to our house called the store and I have never encountered such a rude manager I don't believe in saying names on here but I will never order there again I have called corporate but no one ever called me back which is fine I'll take my business else where I usually order 40$ or more for my family and I at least twice a month or even 3 that's our thing but I will take my business else where I understand people are frustrated sometimes but how can you be mad at someone when you all can't even get it right we did send all the food back with the driver and we did get a refund but before we got off the phone the manager wanted to argue about it and we said no we just want a refund and she screamed into the phone "fine I'll give you a refund and hung up" we where noting but polite and by this point I didn't want another pizza because no telling what they would have do it hope you all do not have this same experience I did if so take your business else where no need in spending your hard earned money on a business that...
Read moreI ordered a large bbq pizza with chicken bacon and cheddar cheese. I picked it up right before work. As soon as I entered the building a lady was standing there at the counter asking if I was Lacey. She then proceeded to tell me my pizza only looked burnt because she did not put the cheddar under the mozzarella. Now, I use to work for dominos for 3+ years. I KNOW that putting the cheddar on top or under the other cheese does not make a difference. That is only the case with feta, spinach, and phillysteak. I just took the pizza because I had no time to wait for it to be remade. When I got in the car you could smell that it was burnt. The crust was a dark brown. So when I got off I called and the man I spoke with told me to call back in 15 minutes and speak to their assistant manager. So I did just that and someone answered but put me on hold and I sat on hold for a good minute. I finally hung up because at that point I knew they just didnt want to deal with it. That is super unprofessional. I order from this location a good bit. Going forward I will use a different location. That is just ridiculous that a customer has to pay for a pizza that THEY burnt. I wouldnt be so worried if it was just the wrong topping..but being burnt??...
