Lost a returning customer over $2. Ordered a 16" 1 topping online. It did not let me select toppings and only provided "special request" field. This is where I put "Crumble sausage topping". When the pizza arrived it was only cheese. I called to say my pizza was not made correctly. They said it was put in wrong, but then they told me "the 16" options are messed up, you're not the only one to complain about this". I asked what the price difference would have been if put in correctly she said $2-3. I then wondered why they did not contact me if it was not put in correctly, and they said it was at their discretion, but the pizza was already made before seeing that. I was supposed to be contacted for at least a coupon for free pizza but no one ever contacted me. Also I asked for a refund but they said I would have to contact DoorDash, but I didn't order through DoorDash. They are deciding to use DoorDash for their delivery service. I don't have a DoorDash account or anyway to associate this order with an account if I made one except through my phone number.. I don't feel like they tried to make it...
Read moreMy wife and I arrived around 4 for an early dinner. There was about 3 tables taken inside so they did not seem to be busy. We ordered two strombolis and a cheese bread. After about 40 minutes we finally received our sandwiches but still no cheese bread. My wife mentioned the missing order, our server then brought out burnt, stuck to the foil cheese bread. I return the bread and get another one about 15 minutes later, after we had eaten the majority of our meal, only to be told "that cheese bread always sticks to the foil" no, it doesn't. During the time we had been waiting for our underwhelming food to get to us, we had to listen to the employees complain about no tips when delivering, cussing mad, we overheard them being very rude to several customers over the phone and then eventually towards us since we returned burnt bread. However I would probably be more generous with my rating of the place, if I was actually allowed to order every time I have called. Nothing irritates me more than when the Open sign of a business is on, the hours of the business are clearly posted on the door, posted online, and the lights are still on inside, but they tell me when I call at 9:33 they are no longer taking orders. So as I always do, I ask them what their hours are, incase they have changed, and I get the same song and dance about making the food and me getting there will take longer than the amount of time they still have left opened. ??? So you close at 9:30, not 10:00.
