Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Evansville

Food was good, per usual. Not sure of the name of the worker but all I can say is she doesn't need to be in food service; poor attitude plus was covered in hickies. The girl that took our order was great (she said she was new) but while ordering another female worker was sweeping the floor, swpt the dirt and trash all at my feet while I was standing by register ordering, never said excuse me or anything and continued to try and sweep around my feet instead of waiting. We ordered our daughter a turkey and cheese sandwich with mustard, forgot that the Jimmy mustard had the mustard seeds in it and asked if they could make us another one because of that. Said worker who was previously sweeping then coped and attitude with my wife about it, wife then gave me the sandwich and asked that I deal with it because she needed to walk out before she lost her cool. Girl then popped off "well I can't help you or fix it if you just walk out". I addressed the sad which situation and explained to her the issue, she was still rude to me about it. When finally remaking the sandwich she made more comments about what we wanted on the sandwich after I stated all I wanted was turkey and cheese and I would put some packaged mustard on it. Once finished with making it she wrapped it and proceeded to slam it on the counter and stated in a smart mouth tone "here you go". This is the 3rd or 4th time we have been here and gotten horrible service and will not be returning to this location. Do better and make sure your workers have some type of class and respect...

Update: 4 years after the first review, I've waited 4 years!!! Today I not only didn't get my food. It was an hour and a half later I called to cancel, got hung up on twice... had a girl apologize with the same excuses as 4 years ago, new management blah blah blah... horrible customer service,horrible delivery times! Plus, today while complaining I find out Jimmy John kills large game animals for sport... so now I am completely done! Review 4 years before: Worst customer service ever! Went in for an "unwich" I don't eat bread due to a medical condition. Got home to find bread... called to let them know there had been a mistake, was told "I don't see unwich on the ticket" I stated "yes but that is the problem I know what I asked for" I was told that "I don't know what to do I'm just a closer, I'll have to call my manager and then call you back" I stated "you could just have your manager call me". I waited 25 mins and no return call. I proceeded to eat the meat, cheese and tomatoes. I called back and was told. "Oh let me call my manager, I shot him a text" I stated "this is silly and now I'm actually upset" Someone should be available to address a messed up order! I will never order from this...

This location has let me down every single time. I LOVE JJ's and I've given this location so many chances (since I love the food) and I have been let down in some way, shape, or form, EVERY time. I have never had a single order that has been 100% correct; everything ranging from not including a requested condiment/extra, to receiving someone else's order. TIP: If you order online, DO NOT rely on the tracker. It does NOT get updated, and you will not be notified when it is complete. There are a few solid crew members, but they are the exception. I've never been created upon entering the store, and have found myself waiting at the register for 10+ minutes without being acknowledged. I would expect cold sandwiches, not cold shoulders. Freaky fast is not something that should ever be uttered about this location either. Jimmy John's used to be the most convenient place for lunch, especially if you were in a bind -Not this location. You "might" have an average experience but go elsewhere if you are on a schedule. Penn Station is down the road, and Subway...
