Read moreTypical McDonald’s, food the same 🍔🍟🥤, staff the same with their fake friendly, with an imaginary smile glued to their face...but it works... ⚠️ BIG PROBLEM at this particular McDonald’s is the CONSTANT NOISE!!! 🗣💬🔊🎶👶🏻🤳🏻👨👩👧👦 - The indoor layout of this place must have been designed by a chimpanzee! 🙈 The tables are WAY too small - kept banging my knees on the bar holding up table... And the tables are WAY TOO CLOSE to each other! You could hear in perfect detail EVERYONE’s conversations who are sitting within 20 feet of you, which obviously means they can hear you as well... I VALUE my PRIVACY VERY MUCH. And having the older married couple 15 feet away approach your table, and try to give you advice, is a VERY BAD thing!!! There are ABSOLUTELY NO “partitions” at this McDonald’s, that allow the conversations to be heard... Secondly, there are too many “in-ceiling” speakers, and the music is cranked up LOUD. So you have to talk louder than normal to have a conversation, thus increasing the problem of “cross-talk”... TURN IT DOWN OR OFF! Thirdly, for some reason there are an overwhelming number of families with an overwhelming amount of children... It is HORRIBLE to watch these kids run throughout the restaurant, SCREAMING at the top of their lungs, while the parents simply yell across everyone, saying “Mikey, you’re not going to get a ice cream if you keep this up!!!” This is a NORMAL and CONSISTENT occurrence. The place is also quite messy. No staff wiping off tables nor picking up the hamburger patty on the floor from a food-throwing child. I don’t like eating on top of someone’s garbage... Advice: USE THE...
Read moreThe young man that helped me was amazing and had great character. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. I ordered triple stack muffin my total was 3.99 and the only thing I had to pay with was a $100 bill. The young man took it to his manager to make change as is protocol for a $100. I waited for about 5 or so minutes noticing the manager arguing(subtly). Then the young man opened the window and said 16.01 and placed the change and a receipt in my hand. I immediately informed him I payed with.a hundred dollar bill and he turned and got his manager. Then a different manager came to the window and said(I say said because his question seemed more like an accusation) so he didn't give you $80? I said no I received only $16. He then said he didn't give $80 before he gave you the $16? I use to work at this McDonald's long ago when it was on the other side of buneta Vista and I know you don't give partial change back for any reason you give full change to avoid confusion I know this that young man that was probably still in high school knew that and I'd be willing to bet those managers knew better too and were just trying to make an easy $80 off a guy in sweatpants they didn't think would notice. Paul I really hope you have washed your hands of this...
