I went in today with $6 and $6 only. I decided to order a frozen drink to go along with my donuts. Having bad eye sight, I realized I had read the price of the drink wrong after she had already gotten my 3 donuts and had already started making my drink. I was praying I'd have enough...but when she totalled it I came up 2 dollars shy. I apologized, telling her I only had $6 and to please put 2 of the 3 donuts back. She said ok and re-wrung up the order. After I paid for the drink and 1 donut she told me to go ahead and keep the donuts. Made my morning that wasn't going so well better. I like to support local but I also am a sap to the white chocolate mocha at Starbucks. Now I'll just be taking my business to donut bank because of that. Oh and I forgot to mention, when I originally ordered my drink I asked for 20oz. But when I realized I read the price wrong I told her to change to 16oz. She told me not to worry about it and that she'd make the 20oz and just ring me for the 16 oz. Sweet girl. And I believe she's a Kempf (daughter of an owner.) They have my business. Now all they need to do is add a white chocolate mocha to the menu and...
Read moreThis is second time we went for bagels. First time out of product. This time got - Everything bagel $1.79 + cream cheese $1.35 and a sweet tea $2.19. Bagel was good just needed more garlic for my taste. The staff member that took order was friendly and she knew the menu. My COMPLAINT is I went to counter to get a tea refill and was told she would have to charge me for another tea?? No free tea refills they only give free coffee refills. I said tea is like coffee. Her reply was, "I am not the boss!" I feel that was a rude response. In every dine-in resturant(even high class) I have been in tea, coffee and soft drinks are free refills!! Tea is just as cheap to make as coffee is. GET WITH THE TIMES DONUT BANK -- Stop being...
Read moreThe way the management treats homeless people is disgusting and sickening. This homeless woman came in to buy some cookies and they immediately asked her to leave even though she had money in her hand and wasnât asking anyone for anything, she just wanted to buy cookies. They immediately threatened calling the police. She wasnât bothering anyone. I understand that theyâve had past issues with her asking people for money but she was not doing that. Kindness and respect is what that woman deserved not immediately right off the bat screamed and belittled they didnât even let words come out of her mouth. This is disappointing and I will not be returning to THIS donut bank. Do...
