Avoid! Long wait times Poor service Overcooked Food Soft French Fries Rude Staff

Called in ahead so I could pick up an order from here and next door so as to pick up everything hot and fresh at once. I thought it odd when they didn't take my name. Nevertheless they tell me it will be ready in ten minutes. Yet when I arrive, the order wasn't even started. Now look, if they had told me they didn't start the fish until you arrive to ensure freshness I would have accepted that. Instead I was told to wait with no explanation.

I spend a total of another half-hour waiting for my food. After what felt like an eternity, I'm told my order is ready. Alas! They plunk my food down on the counter.. But wait...after having waited this long they couldn't be bothered to walk the five extra feet to hand me my order? Or apologize for the wait? I finally arrive home, slightly annoyed yet looking forward to my meal ahead. Very rude, yet I was glad to leave.

I finally arrive home! To my dismay, I find that my fish is nothing but a tiny slice of dry, over-cooked fish covered in an inch of breading, surrounded by a marriad of soft potatoe slices (I wouldn't call them fries.)

Fantastic experience. I was on a walk with my dog,and found myself Staring thru all the restaurants windows that were open on one snowy sunday afternoon. To my surprise while walking in front of Billy's Burgers , a woman I presume the owner, came outside and handed me a menu. I thought my how ambitious as I continued walking nextdoor to the Mexican place. I went inside and started reading the menu, not seeing anything to excite me I started looking at the paper menu, and found myself walking back thru the doors of Billy's Burger, and I'm lucky I did .After walking home and opening my half soggy sack (from the snow)taking out my bacon cheeseburger and dipping a few fries in the provided catsup. I realized that even after those fries were sitting in a sack for 10 minutes they were still warm and crisp and delisioud which is really unheard of except for arbies curly fries. Going onto the Bacon Cheeseburger it looks absolutely gourmet when I unwrapped it. Cheddar cheese ooozed down the side mixing with savory grilled onions and some pleasant looking burger sauce and the sheen of a bit of delicious fat. It wasn't till I was halfway thru the burger that I was inticed to the point of wanting to review this restaurant. Really a top notch...

Good burgers and fries. Bonus for you gluten free folks, they have Udi’s buns!

The burger was fantastic, even though I ordered it with no pickles, onions, or tomato (I’m sensitive, all right? 😆). But they pile the burger with really good, crisp lettuce. No soggy gross lettuce. The kind of place you want to get lettuce on your burger.

I’m lucky I don’t have celiac, I’m just extremely gluten sensitive (been tested). So I ordered the fries. When I asked for the bun, the woman taking my order indicated the fries are not gluten free but the burger is. I usually take this to mean they’re cooked in a shared fryer with foods that are breaded. I almost never have an issue with that. No, these appear to be fries that are slightly breaded so that they get really crispy crunchy. They were fabulous but I will probably pay a little for that later. The waffle fries look like they might just be in as shared fryer but not breaded, but your mileage may vary for how sensitive you are.

Only thing I would say is lacking is the small-ish dining area. But it’s not too small, maybe 5 tables. But the service and food were fantastic....
