I ordered through their delivery service and they sent me the wrong order. I had ordered beef and they sent me pork instead. I called them they said they couldn’t delivery another one because it was gonna take 1.5 hrs for them to deliver, I would have to pick it up and in a very rude way the lady said I should take the wrong order back in order to receive the correct one, very disrespectful, like I was trying to steal the food! Horrible customer service... I called to order food and the girl speaks to me very ugly that because she doesn't speak Spanish I answer her, excuse me but I'm doing everything possible to speak Portuguese and that you understand me, she rudely answers me I'm not understanding .. conclusion loses a customer just because the restaurant being Brazilian and Spanish-speaking customers arrive .. ridiculous Tenga más visión y sobre todo educación para atraer...

Quando abriram o restaurante, a comida era excelente, um tempero maravilhoso, as marmitas eram maiores e mais bem fartas, saborosas é muito cheirosa. Um tempero inigualável. Com o passar do tempo perdeu-se toda qualidade do início, comprei neste sábado dia 25/3/23 a comida extremamente salgada, a carne de frango com cheiro e sabor de crua. A gente come fica inchada demais. Os caldos perderam a densidade e colocam mais água para render e o sabor se perde. O atendimento é uma coisa agonizante, não passam segurança e uma preguiça enorme em detalhar o menu para o cliente que não tem acesso ao menu para visualizar on-line. Presencialmente qdo eu esperava minha marmita enqto faziam, achei um antiprofissionalismo a filha dos proprietários, a forma como ela ficava estressada ao telefone e em tratar os pais e clientes. Lamentável. A agonia em vender comida e a ganância muda completamente a qualidade do busines. Uma marmita que início do ano passado era 12 dólares hj a mesma e menor ainda custa 19 dólares.
