Montecristo — Restaurant in Everett

I’ve been going to this restaurant since I was a young kid and have always enjoyed the Spanish ambiance. However, my recent DoorDash pickup order was disappointing. I ordered pupusas with cheese but received pork and cheese instead, and my burrito came with refried beans despite my request for no beans.

While the food was hot, the mix-up was frustrating. Upon entering, I was greeted by a staff member who had a cocky yet friendly tone, which felt a bit off. It seems like there have been changes in the staff, and I hope they can improve the accuracy of orders.

I still appreciate the atmosphere, but I need to see better attention to detail before I can give a higher rating. I would also appreciate it if the owner could contact me...

Horrible experience the music was too loud the waitress cared more for the drinking customers and food wasn’t that great no margaritas how can you not have any when your website says you have them false advertising, plantains weren’t that good they were greasy, and did I say the music was loud, the michelada was horrible in Arizona it’s the best. Save your time and money go somewhere else. Idk who said the best beef tacos ever u must not eat that good. Never coming back. The worst service I’ve had in 2 years. I wish I could rate this a zero. What a waste of a friday...

I waited more than 1.5 hours for a delivery. The woman who answered the phone was not curtious and didn't even apologize. It was my second call asking her what happened. She just said "ok". I am very disappointed. The delivery guy called 10 mins after saying he was downstairs, she didn't even bothet letting him know that we didn't want the food.
