This store is terrible. They never get anything right. I ordered at 5:20, the app said ready in 20 minutes. I drove to the store and the app said the pizza was done, at 5:43. I went in, they said they lost my pizza, it would be 2-3 minutes. At 6 pm I went back to the booth. "Sorry, we had to remake it, we fully lost the pizza". Fine. At 6:15 the girl brings me my pizza and offers a 2 liter of coke, which was nice, but I declined. I get home, open it, and none of my customizations are there. I asked for no olives, no beef. What's it got? Olives and beef, not the salami and garlic I ordered. I swear, this is the last time I'm going to Domino's on South Evergreen in Everett. I don't know that they've ever gotten a pizza right, and on time.

In December they brought in a new GM, Emily S. Emily reached out to each customer posting a negative complaint. She called me and we spoke for about 15 minutes. Emily was a breath of fresh air. She seems to be passionate about her job, and ostensibly replaced the entire team. She provided me a gift certificate for a new pizza, matching my prior order. Last week I redeemed the gift certificate and it was an exemplary interaction. I spoke with a gentleman named Carlos on the phone. First off, he ensured I knew which location I was ordering from. Next, he took my order, along with my customizations. He then repeated back to me each piece of my order, along with each customization. When I arrived, I picked the pizza up through the drive-thru. Read moreA while back my family and I had ordered from here , got the pizza for delivery . When it was delivered the pizza had looked like someone turned it upside down as all the toppings were stuck to the top of the box .
After calling and mentioning my concern to the STORE MANAGER STAS , I’ve had nothing but attitude and games being played by HIM !
( now mind you , seems like the days he was not on the floor , I’ve made a few orders and they’ve been delivered with absolutely no problem at all )
When I say games being played … here’s just one of the many I’ve had to put up with … TONIGHT 8/20/2024 I put in an order on there app , only to find that not even a few minutes later my order was canceled … I thought maybe I hit a button or whatever , so I again put in the vary same order but then again my order was cancelled … after about the 4th time trying to put in a order I soon realized that my order(s) where being cancelled by the manager himself STAS !
I don’t know about him but I graduated middle school and don’t have time for the little games , nor did I ask for them . So bekuz of all this , I’m definitely getting ahold of corporate and reporting him .
Since he don’t have good customer service or communication skills at that , I think it’s time he steps away from the big boy oven and go back to them plastic pretend toys , after all we wouldn’t want him to hurt himself playing with the big boy toys , would we 🤔

I was waiting for more than 50 min to get my order, when it became ready finally I wait another 10 min because there is a car that was standing infront of the pick up window to get their order after my 3 years daughter started crying and moved from her car seat, I called the restaurant and I asked them friendly to let the car move a little bit if their order is not ready to let me take my order which is already ready because my 3 years daughter crying and I am tired and so late. Someone came and bring the order to me and he starts acting in a weired way and he was upset reallly !!!!!! who should be upset me or him??? And when the car moved I stopped to talk with them and the person who was rude did not even say sorry. And he let the other employee to close the window to not listen to me. Does sorry is a hard word for you? Poor man. And for the other employee who seems good in the beginning and heared what happened with me, he kept saying what do you want me to do , what do you want? I told him I just want to share with another employee and I don't want anything but instead of saying really sorry for example we are busy or in pressure or any cause he said what do you want haha.
