I got the new chocolate stout cold brew. I had it before at a place in New Hampshire and it was delicious. I got it here and it took me a couple sips to realize but it was loaded with syrup. I didn't even know this drink had syrup in it. When I went back inside and said that I couldn't even drink it or any other drink because it was so sweet and I just wanted my money back, the gentleman gave me a hard time. I asked multiple times my money back and he would not give it to me. Finally he agreed but then a customer came up behind me and he told me to please wait until he takes all the customers. I had already been going back and forth with him for a good 5 minutes I didn't have any more time to wait so I walked out. Food was fine and as expected of a Dunkin. However, I specifically chose "curbside delivery" because my toddler was in the car with me and would be a hassle to bring inside. I parked in the curbside delivery parking spot and waited 10 minutes, where at least 10-15 other people walked in, ordered their food, and left, before I decided to call the store. They did not answer. I decided I had to go in and ask about my order, toddler in tow. This store is run by trash I ordered on the go. I got there and no coffee I go to the register and politely ask where is my coffee to which I was responded by a less than pleasant whitelady. I showed my ORDER HISTORY where already paid for stuff lives.
