Comida é lá boa, acredito que seja uma das melhores comidas brasileiras que comi na região, porém o atendimento infelizmente muito a desejar, mesmo com esforços do dono, chegamos para almoçar a atendente que é filha do dono estava confusa e não sabia se atendia o telefone ou a fila que se formava, esperamos e acabou que nossa comida já estava fria quando fomos nos sentar, pedimos suco porém a resposta da atendente era vocês terão esperar por que preciso atender o telefone( sinceramente não precisava dizer isso, simplesmente dizer já levo para vcs. Outra coisa na televisão uma música eletrônica alta agitada, fazendo-o ambiente em vez acolhedor fosse barulhento e vontade de ficar e comer, essa é a segunda vez que fomos lá. Então nota 9,5 para comida que muito boa, atendimento e ambiente nota 4. Acredito que reviews são para ver entender onde podemos melhorar.

The food is good, I believe it is one of the best Brazilian dishes I have eaten in the region, but the service unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired, despite the owner's efforts. When we arrived for lunch, the waitress, who is the owner's daughter, was confused and didn't know whether to answer the phone or the line that was forming. We waited and it turned out that our food was already cold when we sat down. We ordered juice, but the waitress's response was that you will have to wait because I need to answer the phone (honestly, I didn't need to say that, I would just say I'll bring it to you right away). Another thing on the television was loud electronic music, making the atmosphere noisy instead of welcoming and making you want to stay and eat. This is the second time we have been there. If I could give a 0 I would. Bad customer service. Waited 40 minutes, paid $17 for a plate that first of all had little fries 2 thinly sliced hams 3 eggs, and no toasted. When I asked for a refund their daughter got an attitude, I saw how 3 customer came in and got served before me, to Spanish people dont come here. Bad service little food...
