Poor up keep of general dining area. Only real complaint is that McDonald's really needs to stop doing things that force their employees to sound ridiculous. Prime example...we were told that there was no longer a cheese burger happy meal. They already have disposed of several mighty kids meal choices (which I guess is where they are saving the money to pay for the ever flipping LCD menue boards that actually never present the full regular menue, have things even the employees have never heard of, and that change before you can actually read the particular page) which though they always say is for health reasons (which I guess shows they are not only represented by a clown, but their CEOs can be funny too)has left my shaking my head in disbelief. I honestly feel sorry for the young man behind the counter that tried to reply to my accidental gasp of disbelief with "we just add to it at no charge" (did I really need the explanation of the menue use or was he actually directed to tell people. I was a trainer at a McDonald's once upon a time and no our registars didn't exactly have pictures but they should not be so difficult to use that the cashier has to tell me that I can't order a cheeseburger happy meal, but I can have a hamburger happy meal with free cheese on it. Of course if and when they decide my opinion is wrong and then do it anyways I will sure hope that they tell the kitchen staff that at this point were left to thinking the cashier was crazy, or in their own words "What the hell dude? The dude couldn't even order a cheeseburger plain" which unfortunately they did not know how make we soon discovered when we looked into my daughter's hamburger with cheese "plain" that had...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've had too many problems with this location. This last time I was legit worried I was going to end up sick by eating the food. That shouldn't ever be a concern. The drive though worker was either a bit slow or high. Couldn't seem to understand anything without it being repeated slowly. I ordered a side of Mac sauce (cause they never put enough on. So I must pay extra every time to do it myself, also not ok.) And honey sauce for our chicken nuggets, I got THREE tartar sauce and ranch. They did give the Mac sauce but it was MAYBE 1/4 of a tiny plastic container full, enough to cover maybe a bite or two of burger lol. I decided to ask for more if I'm paying for it, I'd like a normal amount! He asked for the container back, came back with it and had added like a dime sized amount to it. (Do the workers pay for the sauce outta pocket? Jeez!) There was weird stuff in it when I opened it at home rendering it useless. I'm NOT eating that or serving it to my kid! To top it off, everything was barely warm (we live five mins away max) the fries looked and tasted AWFUL and old, the bun to one of the burgers was nearly burned, and peeling/falling apart and the meat/cheese seemed like it'd been sitting around quite awhile before being sold to me. There were a few bits of burnt meat from an obviously not cleaned grill/griddle (whatever you call it lol) inside of it as well. This has to be one of the worst meals I've had the misfortune of paying for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday was an awful experience, and that is saying something when i dont expect much in the first place. It was fairly busy, and i guess they said they were short handed, however it was not busy enough for it to take half an hour to get couple cheeseburgers and fries. The manager was no help to the situation at all. She was arguing back and forth with an employee in front of everyone; then stormed off. She then returned a bit later, as everyone else was trying to deal with the annoyed guests and food taking forever to get out from the kitchen, no order to the madness and an obvious lack of leadership. The manager then answered a quick question from employee and took a call which was apparently about the previous argument with the employee, and her attitude and bringing down moral; something that could have been clearly handled after rush and in private. Then told only cashier to help put together orders if no one in line, and rather than jumping in to help herself and lead by example, she took her slushy and walked outside; a great time for a break, i guess we know her priorities are not on her guests or employees. We continued to wait for our food, and eventually it came, without any apology of time and then once in car we realized it did not come with everything we paid for; i guess that is our bad for not checking, but all in all, horrible experience. There is a lot of McDonald's, so luckily no need to rerurn. Two thumbs down on...
