Edit: Came back again, got even worse treatment. The manager is the instigator, as at every Taco Time where I've had trouble. They make up their own rules about what is free, what is not, regardless of what HQ says. This time it was a convoluted line of BS about the free sides of chips I've always been able to get with any order, BS about "we're only supposed to give them with pinto beans...", the first time I've heard THAT lie.
It is this simple: keep ripping off your customers, you'll have none.
Awful staff and quality. As with every Taco Time NW I've visited in recent years, the barista-attitude is spreading: while waiting at the window I heard a voice inside griping loudly about one thing after another. E.g., complaining about free sides (on the dish is fine, she wants to charge if you have it on the side); chips quantity (their system shows one side of chips no matter how many you order, she yelled at the window person when we asked for a second - don't yell about customers reasonable requests where they can hear you). Aside from wanting to add every possible charge like a barista and yelling about free sides, they delivered junk quality: "whole" black beans were broken, half-portioned and accompanied by ample bean sludge from the bottom of the pan; onion sides were damaged; 2 extra sides of chips became only one (skipping the side that was supposed to come with each order of beans) until we re-asked for the second "extra" and they were cold and stale.
Pros: They gave us anything at all.
Cons: Service, quality,...
Read moreI placed an online order and went threw the drive through and was skullded by the manager mind you there was not one person waiting in the drive thru nor threw the lobby because they don't make your drinks when you order online and she was mad she had to make my drinks. She handed me my food and drinks and said next time you 👉have to come in! She turned around and started walking away. As she was walking away it sounded like she said something, I hesitated then drove off as it seemed as though she wasn't talking to me. Needless to say I got home just to find out they didn't give me the kids meal so I called up to the Taco Bell and the same manager answered the phone and when I told her the kids meal was missing she screamed I TOLD YOU TO HOLD ON AND YOU DROVE OFF. I was so mad not only did my food get cold while I had to go all the way back to the Taco Time but my son's food was cold as well. They have no customer service skills what so ever at this Taco Time. I love 10 minutes S of this Taco Time and have started going all the way up to 41st St in North Everett to get my food now as they rarely mess my order up but everyone I order from 128th it's almost guaranteed to be a problem with my order. Also when you order online they have your number so they could have called me and told me I forgot something but decided not to bad...
Read moreUsually good food. Very fresh because they are very busy. My only complaint would be that sometimes they ask too many questions about donations and sour cream. It gets me angry to keep saying "NO!!!!! to all the questions. No! I don't want sour cream. No! I don't want to donate to something. They seem to delibritly make banging noises on their speaker if you do not order right away. Like their in this big big hurry. It makes me want to take a broom stick and bang back at the speaker so it blows their ears out. It's irritating. Like they cannot wait for you to decide. But still they have several unessesary questions they ask. Why all the questions if they are in such a big hurry? I know what I want when I order. I know what sour cream is. Ordering just pisses me off every time I go there. I want to beat the speaker in with my fist. I want to order-pay- get food- and move forward with my life. Sometimes I go other places to avoid ordering at TACO BELL. I get irritated by the speaker cracking they do if they have to wait more than 3 seconds. And then too many questions. I am ordering food here. Not...
